I have been here many times (since they opened) for lunch/brunch, coffee, cakes etc and each time everything was perfect. Also love how they have seasonal drinks. Took me about almost 3 years before i am finally writing this review but shows that their quality is consistent enough to keep bringing me back and i hope it doesnt change 😄 Ps. Beautiful warm coffee house with nice meal options, salty pancakes are the best, the waiters are kind and friendly.

The service is terrible 😞 my boyfriend was waiting there for more than 15 minutes until someone came and ask what we need. In addition, we don't have any fork and knife when the food is served. ☕ The coffee is acid... without telling us in advance when we ordered. Thanks for the kind staff behind the bar, he explained us why it's acid....Except that, I agree with other comments that the food is great! We enjoyed it! Especially the watermelon juice! What's more, we'd like to have a brunch, unfortunately, it only serves on Sunday!

After discovering this place recently I've been back many times. The coffee is great and the avocado toast is the best I've had.

Very well-made coffee and surprisingly good brownie (so often a let-down in France) and the server was lovey. But the decor really need re-doing - very boring and naff and so doesn’t create a cool or relaxed atmosphere.

It's a very nice place with a friendly and professional service! I must say, they do the best matcha in the city (the one with the jasmin syrup is 👌), saying it with confidence after many disappointments in other places.

Review update and edit from August 16, 2022: honestly, I find it much too expensive for what it is but as a Toulousaine (person who lives here) I’d guess they are taking advantage of the fact they’re in the Carmes (fancy, bohemian) neighborhood. The service today was bad and I waited a long time for just a matcha and a couple pancakes. Guy got my “food” order wrong minutes after i gave my order. I didn’t feel super welcome here as a solo diner, also I felt claustrophobic in between all the couples just centimeters from my bench seating. the feel is more like a somewhat upscale cafe, than a coffee shop. Now it feels like more of a restaurant. For 10€ I won’t be returning. The matcha was okay, but pretty lackluster. And for 5€. The two pancakes were good, I’m American and a good judge of that lol, but not for 5€…honestly pretty disappointed! I preferred it when it was a coffee shop and “smaller”!! Excellent capuccino, cute shop (sad to not be able to sit in there!) and friendly barista :)
