Rooms were clean and neat. self check in is convenient, but cold and impersonal. Walls are very thin, could hear everything from next door. No Elevator makes it hard when yoy have luggage and staying on the upper floors. No fridge, microwave, hair dryer or kettle in the room. Overall it's fine for a one night passing through stay, but not recommended if you plan on having a holiday in the area.

Very comfortable and well appointed in our family room, although some aspects were looking a bit tired (grill missing from vent in bathroom and some stains in the grout in the shower). Very busy place was at full occupancy when we were there, well done to the Femme de menage to turn around the rooms so quickly and well!

Impressive self service booking system. Manageress was there to help if needed. Rooms are modern and very clean. Bed very comfortable with tele! Ample parking. Breakfast was very good. Not just your average croissants, juice and coffee.. but with bacon and eggs plus more! Self service and manageress always there to help! Eat inside or outside. Great place ...

When we arrived around 21.00 bathroom floor was covered in water. We found it was leaking from bottom of tap. I tried t call hotel phone number, but rang unobtainable. Was not aware of 24 assistance service. We stopped leak with paper tissues and dried the floor to make it safe. Spoke to manager in the morning. He was apologetic and assured us that it would be rectified. We have used hotel B&B for many years and always been extremely satisfied. We understand this was an accident and couldn't really be prevented.

Everything was really good, but the hotel had no elevator and three floors and they didn´t advice it on the web site. For this reason I would not recommend it if you have more than one bag.

We liked the distribution on tow levels. But the low level is too narrow. Very close to la Cité de l'Espace, we can go walking. Excellent wifi.

Nice hotel for a 1 night stay when you're on a Roadtrip 🙂

Good Location if you visit Cite de l'Espace That is the only good thing about the hotel and that is the only reason we did book but won't do it again.

The room had a overhead gallery area for two and the stairs were very steep and dangerous. The breakfast offered usual continental and eggs and bacon which was cold. I was told French people like this cold but to use the microwave to heat them up. The croissants were stale and as a consequence we had no breakfast. Fortunately the other B&B hotel we booked was excellent. We paid the same price for both hotels. If the second hotel had not been so good we would not have kept them on our list of hotels. I have two B&B hotels I will choose but certainly not this one even if it were free. Although you could not call it a hotel it had the layout of a campanile, although campaniles are better. I have emailed B&B hotels group for a refund, as I was promised a refund for our breakfast. This has not been acknowledged.

In summer you have only heavy blankets to sleep. Room and bathroom very little.

I think B&B is good for anyone running on a very tight budget and also good for students. I only didn't like way of ordering lunch and dinner using a machine. There were not too many English channels on the TV. Well for the price I cant ask for too much. The breakfast buffet was great.

Everything was so fine and I enjoyed the facilities provided. Better if you could have provided a cup and a saucer to each room instead of the disposable cups which would support to reduce the plastic usage. Your hotel management and customer service were up to a very much higher level and I appreciate it.
