The hotel was clean and as a mix of appartement and hotel it provided a 24/7 reception. There was an breakfast buffet option (nice local and biological food) and an elevator. It also had a dish washer in the room and washing maschines, dryer and other stuff in the public rooms. There was a supermarket nearby and some fast food. There was a bridge over the nice river nearby, it had a parking garage and it was quiet. If you are looking for a place to convienent place to stay with some of the beneftis of a hotel and a appartement, you are perfectly right here. You just have to bring some time to get into the city centre.

THE CLEANING STAFF ARE THIEVES!!!I left my room at 1300hrs today at 1600hrs only 3hrs after I left I noticed I forgot 2 items in the hotel room. I immediately called the reception that advised they would take a look and call me back but they never did. I called back and got put on hold multiple time by a very rude lady with a Spanish accent. I was advised that my stuff were not in the room and nowhere to be found wish is totally unacceptable as I called only a few hours after I left. This will be taken further and I will make a complain about that lady at the front desk and if you cleaning staff don't declare lost items maybe action should be take

I wanted to cancell my reservation after I got positive covid test few days before arriving. The hotel agree only to change the dates and they asked me to send them pcr test in order to make reservation to next Tuesday. Adriano himself told me they have available room in Tuesday 28.6 I sent the pcr test yesterday and no one answered so i called them today and the woman said I can't come this Tuesday cause there is no available room. This is really disappointing !!!!! Everyone in this hotel tell you something else, so unprofessional and they were so unpleasant to talk with.
