The customer service here is great! They are all very kind and go above and beyond. 👍🏼

I go to this BK with my friends other days and there was not a single problem, however today I arrive 10:30 to the restaurant, and what I get is just the Manager (or just an employee) saying me that it's not open yet, so she opens the door to let another guy and I to go out... I mean I've been (unfortunately) working for a type of restaurant, and when is your opening hour and you're not prepared yet, you don't let your customers go like that, you can offer to sit down meanwhile if the customer is not running out for his job/classes, or just say that it will took a while to be open but not kick them out like that, to the employee, I can't ask you for education that you don't have, but if you're not with the necessary hype that you need, just let another one to make a finest work, I know the guys that work there and they're just very friendly, Thanks

I am a fast food junkie who travels a lot. Burger King is one of the fast food I always go to. Always clean and well maintained and the burgers are good. The staff who served me knew little English so that helped.

For my surprise they gave me a complimentary king fusion with my order. Unfortunately nobody there knows English.. At least one or two employees need to know an international language either German or English because during this season many tourists come here..

Very good location, near to the bus stop and rue Nationale. Really fast to order and the food is great

Master Bacon Grill Burger was ok, well prepared and fresh. I had the fries with bacon and cheese (XL option I think), but bacon was not really crunchy (maybe that is how it is there, it was my expectation wrong). 15€ for my menu was also a bit of the pricey side.

My favourite burger king in Tours. It is located in the centre and usually over crowded

Food was really expensive and it was super busy. I had to wait 20 minutes to order some ice cream and I waited 45 minutes for it. There where a lot of fries on the ground which is absolutely disgusting.

This is an agréable restaurant, my daughter's and I had lunch, my eldest took advantage of the free WiFi whilst I played with my youngest Memory game (all with music playing in the restaurant). Little disappointed that there was no soap when we went to the WC, little more attention needs to be payed this area in terms of hygiene, but in the restaurant area staff where very much paying attention to cleaning the table's. We will come back 🤗

It's a perfectly average burger king. It was clean which isn't always the case at burger king. The food was fine no abnormalities there.
