1. New customer fidelity program since 23/09/20 is just a shame. 2. Cheesecake chunks came smaller and smaller over time. 3. Frequent shortage of dishes for salted dishes and desserts. Lame, because latests recipes showed improvements anyway. 4. Barman & waitress are nice, but that's not enough to make me spend money there. Starbucks isn't anymore a "cool brand". Many small local brands and coffees does better now. Bye, Starbucks.

Not even the Starbucks coffee is decent in this country. Get amazed look when asking for milk. They then give me almond milk. Incredible

Nice coffee shop with lovely outside seating area (backyard). Typical (high) prices. Friendly staff.

The coffee is good, it's a starbucks so the experience is almost the same for everyone. The room is spacious and well decorated, you can see groups of students studying, friends who meet.

The staff is very kind but the hygiene inside the store needs to be worked on. It's a shame that the seats, tables, or the floors are not managed as clean as those of Korea or Japan, and a lot of the visitors seems to not clean after themselves. The sofa or the tables are often dirty so I always clean them myself before taking a seat -

Hello. Your place is really great, i really like coming in there to have a nice cold brew (pretty good drink). If anyone wants to go to the Starbucks, you can do it because its a great place to get a great coffee, and people over there are fantastic!!!!!!

WOW the best STARBUCKS ever in France with the best outdoors views ever of the famous attraction Hotel de Ville in Tours with the fountains. STAFF were so nice.

Staff friendly but haven't had a decent coffee ever whilst in France. Must try to stop being disappointed.

Very helpful staff and quick with drinks. The only negative is that they have no vegan food at all - despite advertising it. I did ask on several occasions but they never have anything.
