Le Moulin de Bacchus is an old water mill from 1600 that has been renovated over the years but it still has its original aspect. The house is sorrounded by a beatiful garden where you can relax or simply take a swim in the swimming pool. There is also a river crossing the property that you can navigate with a small boat. The owners, Laurent and Marie, are very friendly and nice and they make you feel like at home. We highly recommend le Moulin de Bacchus for its central location close to most of the Castles, but also for the relaxing environment where you can really take a break from the stress of big cities.

Such a terrific spot! Charming place itself and hosts that do care about you. We spend there 4 nights with my husband and I can not emphasise enough how thoughtful hosts were. They gave great advices about what places should we visit, what we could do and where to have dinner. Room was spacious, clean, warm and has everything we needed. Breakfasts were incredibly tasty (still miss their homemade jams and yogurts). Recommend this to everyone!

The breakfast was fresh, generous, with a surprise delicatessen every day. The public area inside the house has a library and some board games, the pool was large and clean, located next to a small bar and kitchen for the use of guests, including darts and other activities.
