Great atmosphere and service. Food was great as well. Only complaint is that they take their time bringing you bottomless fries....

I can not say enough amazing things about my recent Red Robin experience. Our waitress was Mary and she absolutely the best waitress I have ever had... Anywhere! She was professional but yet very personalby. She was not only attentive to our table but also the other tables she had. The food came out quick and everything was great. I got the bacon avacado burger and I highly recommend it. Mary is amazing!!!

Loved it!😋 The Burgers here are FULL SIZED and fulfilling 🍔 The atmosphere is Great and the Service is A1!👍🏼The Bar is fully stocked 🍻 and equipped with Tv's 🖥 for all your sports needs ⚾️🏑 and you can't go wrong with bottomless fries🍟 Always a pleasure for the whole family dining at RED ROBIN wherever available! 🍽

Laid back place staff was helpful and up beat. Didn't take long to get our drink or and to order our food. Food was great and my severe really made our night by doing more then nessacery to make sure we have a great experience. We set outside the only down side was it was hot a big Fan or two would be great to have for the summer months. Will be coming back again.

Our waitress was amazing!!! We loved her! She was personable and very good with the kids. She made the kids laugh and smile. She took our orders and was so fast. She checked on us often and made sure we had what we needed. We did the burger deal with the bottomless frys. She was awesome. I hope she sees this. Red Robin tell her I said cucumbers can't be fruit. She's so funny . 😀

Came in around yesterday around 4pm on a Saturday. Party of 4 with only a 15 minute way to be seated which was not bad. Was seated and our waitress never introduced herself. Just asked what we wanted to drink. We knew what we wanted to eat as we had been here many times before. Two people wanted to split a dish and I got the $10 meal deal they were offering at the time. Waited about 15 minutes for the food and I had finished my drink and watch her pass our table multiple times without checking on us but checking on the other tables in her section. Has to ask the person who brought out food out from the kitchen for a refill on my drink as i could not get our servers attention. Burgers and chicken sandwiches were cooked perfect but the fries and cheese and bacon dip were warm at best and even the refill on fries we received was just warm. When looking at the check the waitress did not ring the bill up properly as I did not get the $10 meal deal even upon asking for it twice when ordering at the beginning. When confronting the waitress about this, she claimed she needed to ring it up that was and grabbed 2 empty cups with one hand and flung it up within inches of one of the kids faces at the table while walking away. One of the worst experiences with a waitress I have had ever while dinning inside a restaurant. Talked with the manager who apologized with the experience and offered a coupon for a free appetizer for the trouble. Been here multiple times before with this being the only bad experience I have had but left a very sour taste in my mouth.

Clean, comfortable, and consistent. This chain does a good job delivering consistently good food. The service was good even though they were pretty busy, and priced are good -- the smaller Tavern Burgers are a good affordable choice for lunch.

This is always a good place to eat. Food is yummy. Bottomless side, A+ Our sever, Amanda was fantastic 👏. They even have food for the picky grandkids.

The only negative was food crumbs on my chair and food on the floor under the table which I see at many restaurants. I don’t understand why the bus person don’t sweep the seats and from under the table. Other than that, it was great. Our waitress was amazing, attentive, and gave her honest opinion about dishes we asked about.

The Whisky River burger was dry. The fries had no seasoning, the freckled lemonade had no flavor.

Came here last weekend with my wife and son. Our server Alyssa was outstanding! Very attentive, our drinks were never empty and my son had endless oranges!

The food was cold old and gross. My toddler did enjoy his sundae and the waitress was super frie dly and accomidating but the food was horrible and the portions were so skeet it was unreal. I got a monster burger and fries and it was the equivalent of a jr mac at mc donalds. Do NOT recommend. Plus it took $12 min to get seated with NO people waiting. The hostess was not at her deak up front and was in no hurry to get there to seat us. My deaf child said hi numerous times to which she ignored

Prices were high for the size of the burgers. I also felt like they were skimping on the fries. The service was excellent, and the burgers were good. I hadn't eaten at Red Robin in about 25 years, so I was a little let down. If you're going to sell a $15 - 20 dollar burger by gosh, you better make it worth the money.

Jamie was terrific! Very attentive and friendly. Food was great too. They (Manager & Jamie) accommodated a special request I made tonight which made my 7 year old very happy. Keep it up staff! You should go here tonight!!

Nope and nope. Overpriced. Tasteless I've been invited to RR six times. The onion tower is great, but nothing else memorable nor tastey. When an unseasoned burger with a medium egg is seasoned, it's still tasteless. I don't get it.

Great Service but food was Mid. My hubby didn't like the fries but I did.

Red Robin has improved the quality of their ingredients and it shows. The Bonzai burger tonight was one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. The hamburger was so tender, the bun perfect and the sauce and toppings were wonderful. The waiter did a super job too. I was hesitant on going back after a disappointing time during the pandemic, but there is no hesitancy now.

1st time eating here. Food was pretty good. Well seasoned. Fries were good but needed more salt. Mozzarella sticks were great. Went during lunch on a Saturday, so naturally it was quite busy with A Lot of kids.

Nucole was our server, and she was such a treat! Very kind and patient with me and my party. Made sure our waters were kept full, accurately took my non-standard order. Made the experience delightful. She deserves a raise!

Had Grilled chicken sandwich, Gourmet burger and Fried Chicken salad. The salad was huge and looked and tasted great. Both the chicken and burger we also very good. Great service too. Highly recommend. Updated 9/7/20 Great food and good service. Had 1/2 stack of Rings and Grilled Chicken with cheese and bacon and the works and it was good. Had to get extra pickles too. Also try their chocolate shakes or malts. Updated 4/7/23 Had their cod fish and chips which was 4 good size pieces with fries and Coleslaw and ask for pickles. Good stuff. Good food and service.

Went to Chesterfield for my nephew’s birthday, also to see and visit family. Where we went was far too expensive for food. On the way home, we decided to stop in. We had Ms. Jamie as our waitress. She was super sweet and took great care of us by staying on top of keeping our beverages filled and coming non stop as requested because my boyfriend drinks a lot of tea. Jamie made sure to check on us every time she came by to see if we were still good or needed anything. Incredibly attentive and even helped me decide between two different- however similar burgers. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you so much, Jamie!!!!

Okay, where should I start? First, there were unlimited refills of all of the drinks, including the root beer floats. Then to my surprise, we had unlimited refills of the sides. Then, because it was my daughter's birthday, several servers sang Happy Birthday to her, and our server gave her a free ice cream sundae. The only bad thing was I wish I could have come here for my birthday. So I have no choice but to give this restaurant five stars!!!!!

Made an order online and picked it up to-go. The food was ready when I arrived and was able to grab it from the staff; was in and out in just a couple minutes. The burger was good and well made, and the sides were good as well. Coming up Westmak Dr from Manchester, I did pull into the wrong road at fist as there is a sign on the road which gave me the impression to turn in there, so make sure you follow the map if you're coming from this direction.

I love this location. We live all the way in st Charles and come to this location. The food is always cooked perfect! I came in the other day to redeem my free burger for my birthday, yes they give you an entire free meal(including fries) for your birthday! It’s amaZing! And my food was cooked right at the time I said I was going to pick it up so when I got there is was super hot and everything was cooked perfect! I will always come back to this location. I have never had a bad experience.

I have gotten take out here before, its always fresh. Today my family came in for dinner. Amanda was an awesome server. She got our orders correct and she checked on us regularly. I wish all servers had her friendly personality

If you want a decent burger, Red Robin is never a bad place to go. It's better than fast food, but I'm not sure why they say, "Gourmet Burgers." I mean it's not like they have Kobe beef or anything. Nothing is too "Gourmet" in my opinion. It's a lower mid-range burger place. You're also not spending a lot, which is hard these days, so I'd recommend it.

A great experience. The food was great, service was excellent and the timeliness of everything was above my expectations. Our waitress was very informative about the menu and we didn't feel rushed to order. I highly recommend this place and I will be returning.

Always a solid choice. Great variety of burgers, but plenty of other choices if you're not a burger fan. The fries are more popular, but I suggest getting the homemade chips. If you're a person that likes to dip your fries, chips, etc., then the campfire sauce is a must. I must mention most of the sides are unlimited. They'll bring you all you can eat. If you like onion rings they have some of the best.

Here's your review below: We got seated quickly A clean high chair was provided for our little one We got an order in for fries right away since we were starving and they brought 2 baskets, enough for everyone. We ordered a full platter of sauce options. The waiter was a little bothered by that as usual. Its rare to get a waiter at Red Robin who gets excited to bring you all the sauce options. They refilled drinks and fries pretty well but didnt always take up the empty cups and baskets. The food was great! And we has fun mixing sauces. My daughter didnt like the mac and cheese from the kids menu. They didnt have too many good vegetarian kids food options. Some kid friendly guacamole to go with their fries would have been great and healthy dinner. She did enjoy the manderine orange fruit cup style though.
