Location and views are spectacular. Place is being renovated. Service is very slow. Food was medeocar at best. Latte tasted so bad. Try any other place instead.

The views were stunning, but the good stuff starts and ends there. The bathrooms do not drain and flood when you shower. All of our bathrooms (I was there as part of a tour) smelled like rotten eggs. The rooms also smelled mouldy and you could see mould everywhere. My room smelled so bad that, at 1.30am, I had to get up and open the balcony door to sleep. There is poor sanitation, including with food. I would not recommend staying here.

For the mountain & lake scenery view was superb! Food just ok! We spend 1 night here, the weather cool and cozy. Only one thing about kintamani area, it was too many flies around!

What a lovely spot! We visited this café to have a cold drink after being up at the Gunung Batur lookout and being harassed by vendors. So refreshing! We sat on the upper level where there is a great view of the volcano and the lake and it was so refreshing to be able to sit and enjoy the moment in total peace. Fun photo op with the “hands” chair, too! 🤲

The view is insane. The restaurant was good. We stopped here after our hike, and it was great. Nice breakfast - I had the Fruit Smoothie Bowl, and their Energizing tea. Also, they gave me fresh mangos as a full fruit platter - great! Mangoes were fresh and juicy, with great taste.

Great food & great staff. Mrs Shinsi even lend my wife jacket for the sunrise tour 😁 special thanks also for the sunrise tour driver (book from the hotel). Hotel great view. For picky people: request the new building 😆 For my family of 3, its a beautiful life time experience. Quality of all the people, above quality of object 😊 And treasure the moment, not the dislike at the object. Thanks guys

Amazing view of the volcanoes and valleys below! A bit windy but it is normal since we are so high and clouds usually at night pass through this area. The food was good no doubt. You can’t go wrong if you choose local or asian food. Recommend it also for digital nomads to work with this relaxing view!

If you're looking for a place with mountain views and lake, yes this place has a great spot. The food taste was not there, the coffee just okay. Please be concerned with pests control to take care of flies in the restaurant.

Been there 2 days ago for some lunch, the food were beyond my expectation. The restaurant has a breathtaking view which is you can watch the mountain like right up in front of you. We had some delicious foods gurami sambal matah, spagethi carbonara, and caesar salad. The fish was so crunchy and crispy i just loved it Not only that, the staff were so friendly and kind Definitely high recommended

Order lots of food to try and all taste delicious. The fish just superb. My friend can’t get enough of it. The location is strategi, I can park my car easily. Plenty of car park. Dont ask the view. We love the view and took lots of pictures. Servis staff also good. Maybe one of the staff need to in-charge at upper area to check the guest. Came on July and only few flies. Heard that fly always problem at Batur area, but seem its something to do with the season. The sales also show us the room as I have plan to take my families to come and spend time at Batur area. The room, rate and the view just perfect. Its affordable and they have pool with stunning view 😊 Definitely will come back everytime I visit batur.

Excellent hotel with great views of volcanic mountains and lake. Overall 10/10. Short drive to climb Mt. Batur for sunrise view over the mountain top.

I went for lunch to the restaurant, the view is super nice, the cafe also nice but after 45 minutes waiting for my food (with only one more table) it was cold, like really cold, I just couldn’t understand why so much wait if the food wasn’t even warm. Staff is super friendly but for the price range better go have lunch somewhere else. It is a Coffee stop only in my opinion

Not the lake front, but stunning view. Nice teas (tried several), great pizzas (tried some pans) perhaps due to good cheese, keep up the good work. It was my second times here.
