We went there for lunch one afternoon on sunday, the place was over crowded with local tourists and clearly short staffed. All tables were dirty and we have to find ourselves an empty spot to sit and collect chairs from all over the place. We have to grab one staff to clean the table for us. Waited like 20 minutes still no service we went to the bar and put our order there. The only reason we stayed was it was late for lunch and we were starved. There were millions of flies everywhere. When the food finally came (some fried fish, fish stew and rice) we have to race with the flies to finish the food asap. One of us asked for some soy sauce (kecap manis) to 3 different staffs included 1 supervisor (different outfit from other uniformed staff) which we never get until finish eating. Nobody seem care about service all staff run around in flat faces and seems don't care about guests. Definitely it is a place to avoid when visiting this area. There are some smaller cafes close by that were more quiet and nicer by the lake. Will never step foot on this place ever again.

hi all. as in all my feedback I'll try to give a most realistic possible representation of the resto I visited. This is a really quite and peaceful place, (visit it a little out of normal lunch/dinner time just 1 hr later or earlier) my suggestion due at the very big but very busy resto. the food all is fresh and the fish is really good grilled. the service is ok, the price is ok, the view is ok. also the very big parking can satisfy everybody. that's all, to check absolutely if in the area. note: the only negative point is the massive presence of flies.. this can influence everybody, but not me, I give 5 stars anyway

Room :Honestly, I didn't rent a room here. so I don't know the conditions inside. Service : It seems that Bali has no doubts about service to guests. Location : With very beautiful views and atmosphere, you won't regret relaxing here. but too many flies are annoying.

The food was great and tasty, I've been there three times. Also three times with lack of service which might caused by lack of waiters But this was a highly recommended restaurant when you're visiting Lake Batur. They're famous with Nyat-Nyat dishes. And the floating area is the best. You can also fishing there

I LOVE this place! The view is really amazing! It's quiet and nice, the food is really good and very cheap, and the portions are big. Saved this in favorite!

Great ambience and so calming. The food is really tasty and fresh. But when i just arrived at the restaurant there’s no staff who asked or greet, we’re just waiting people to be done on their table and ensuring which table is empty. It was on Sunday and the restaurant was really busy. But isn’t it supposed to be a waiter or a hostess to help us to find a table?
