By far the best vets in Bali. If it wasnt for Dr. Jun and Dr. Gali we would have lost all 3 of our cats. Thanks to them we still have 3 healthy cats, full of energy. They saved one that was poisoned. 6 days in the clinic and constant updates by the doctors. The best vets we have ever dealt with. Wont send my animals anywhere else. Thanks again guys. You are lifesavers. Keep up the good work.

Not clean! Observation table not disinfected and cleaned for some time Had two pups needing vaccines but he only have one in stock so we go elsewhere However, vet was very helpful Dog guarding clinic just bark and no problem when we out of car and taking puppies inside

I am very happy with the service and doc is very helpful to cure the mother’s cat.

My go-to clinic for my pet. They managed to nurse my cat back to his prime, and they really care about your animals. They also offer boarding, hospitalization, medicated bath and normal bath (created in-house and seems to agree with my cat’s sensitive skin)

They were more expensive than sunset vet for the services we required. They are less busy though so less of a wait! People are friendly, but they didn't set our dog's broken paw correctly so he keeps limping and gets in pain quickly when out on longer walks. When we went back their only "solution" offered was to keep him on a lead (so he didn't run around). For any real dog lover that is not a solution! When we suggested how about deliberately breaking the paw again and getting it reset they said yes that was a possibility, but not there....at Sunset Vet....so why not suggest that in the first place, even if you cannot offer the service.....

On their website it stated they open 24 hours, but never open when I tried to visit. Also some stray dog hanging around the building and always run after you.

Such nice service. They have pet shop too. It is small but has various of products. I recommend the vet also. This clinic also can do blood test. 🙏👍💕

Dr. Lillian and all the staff are wonderful. Dr. Lillian speaks excellent English. She alerted me to three issues my cats had that another vet had missed. I know my cats are getting excellent care with Dr. Lillian. I highly recommend her and BVC Sanur.

Im very happy with dr.lialian an team on handling my emergencies with my babies. I had 2 babies had emergency situations and they are very fast response on handling the case, they do what it supposed to be done 1st and worry about the cost later on. My babies are alive and happy.once again thank you so much team. Live you to the moon and back

A good clinic with very friendly and attentive vets. Helped our cat with a tail wound and also made a surgery (sterilization for a male cat). There is also a small but convenient store with such necessities like collars, napkins, food, treats etc inside. All staff speaks good English.
