As far as my personal experience in National Medical Center in Satwa Dr.Meghna is so great her hands is superb and light and also the receptionist are very approachable and sweet. Thanks to the Team who brings me back to Smile to the world especially sweet smile like a pastry chef like me❤️

You need to be very careful in choosing dental clinic and dentist expertise and skills. It matters a lot specifically when you need to get a dental procedure. Only skilled dentist can perform your procedure with best results. And this clinic and the dentist (Meghna Bangera Puttur) who have done my dental filling is not skilled and professional. I came there without any pain on my tooth and I end up with tooth ache. It just happen that a small portion of my tooth filling gone, so I visited there clinic. After filling it, my tooth started to pain and become sensitive so I returned back to their clinic after 3 days for them to check it. The dentist keep on drilling the filling even without high point and left a very tiny hole on my teeth which cause more pain. Again, after 3 days I visited the clinic as pain becomes worst. The dentist said she needs to remove the filling, either to put a medicine or do a root canal treatment. The dentist is very much aware that my tooth pains a lot, but she still drill it without applying anesthesia. My whole body shook in pain. She only applied anesthesia after the drilling. Isn't it stupid? Stupid dentist! I went there to fix my teeth and not to destroy it. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC! I've d got a very bad experience in this dental clinic. I'm planning to complain their clinic at consumerrights.ae

My experience is absolutely excellent. The welcoming staff are very friendly and professional in booking and follow up through phone calls and WhatApp, they remind me all the time, the Nurses are vary professional with positive attitude and caring, the Doctors I met are 2 doctors one for general Dental health and one for implant, I am grateful to both of them for their excellent and beautiful work. Before coming, I told them that I need my wisdom tooth removed because I am in pain for 3 days, went in, then Dr. Zara asked what is the problem, told her about my wisdom tooth causing me pain, asked me for 50 AED for X-Ray, asked her senior Dr. to check for 2nd opinion. They said it had to be done by a specialist because it requires surgery, no X-Ray done... Left the clinic still in pain... Went to a different clinic the next day, checked my tooth, without X-Ray, the Dr. knew right away what needs to be done, anesthesia applied, pulled my wisdom tooth out... No pain except for the anesthesia application. Now I am pain free, easy, it did not even take more than 10 minutes. Will never ever try coming back here again, aside from Dr. Zara not knowing what to do, she had to call one of the senior, and to my surprise she also said that it can't be done. Either they are incompetent or lazy, or too scared. Waste of my time, and caused me another night of pain.

Upon my visit I had a very warm welcome by the ladies at the reception who helped my to get settled comfortable and was referred to see the dentist I had booked my appointment with. The process was smooth with very minimal pain and the doctors were very friendly with good work ethics and morals. Went in a hurry as my crown cracked. I was really anxious but the doctor assured me that they can fix it and calmly took me through the entire process. The staff were very calm and friendly and I got a perfectly finished new crown. Very happy with their approach, the best dental clinic in Satwa for sure!

The clinic has: - flexible timings and utmost consideration on patient's availability - flexible payment terms and reasonably priced compare to majority of clinics within UAE - accommodating staffs and doctors Services offered were exceptional and reasonably priced that even though all my procedures were done on the holy month of Ramadan and I am fasting, I didn't mind the travel from Abu Dhabi to Dubai. I am suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder (Order and symmetry: the idea that everything must line up “just right”) so you can imagine the "suffering" my doctor had to endure BUT so far my doctor always made me feel valid. "No worries, those are my teeth so need to fix them" are the words I always hear from my doctor whenever my OCD kicks in. Peace of mind 24/7 because my doctor has gone extra mile by entertaining my queries and thing that bothers me even thru whatsapp messaging. Done 1 tooth extraction (difficult case, doctor did dental surgery with ease), 10 porcelain fused to metal crown (bridge), 7 zirconium crowns, 2 root canal, night guard. My better half had 3 porcelain fuse to metal crown (bridge), night guard. Daughter would (inshallah) have her braces from National Medical Center as well. Been there, done that, literally and figuratively in National Medical Center with no regrets. Limited budget? Fear of being taken advantage of over pricing? Tight schedule? CALL National Medical Center. There is no harm in inquiring for the sake of your dream smile.

Still thinking how many star should be given to this dental clinic. Service needs to improve, as they don’t care if ur in much pain. They need to know the sensitive procedure where anesthesia needed to apply specially if the patient has a low pain tolerance. Or else better to inform in advance if you had low pain tolerance so you will not be shocked after, because they will only put anesthesia if u feel more pain.

I have been suffering from toothache for weeks now, and I can see that one of my teeth is damaged. I finally met a dentist and had surgery on my mouth. I hope this will make me okay. The hospital did me a great service. There was something great with the doctors. And I highly recommend the national dental clinic.

I’ve been done my Zirconia in this clinic. Actually Clinic was pefect and clean. Front staff and assistant were kind my only comment was some Dr. doesn’t have any concern if the patient is in pain during the procedure. Three of the Doctors do my zirconia. First doctor was the one who took the measurement. Second the one who put the zirconia but after how many days i noticed one of the Zirconia was huge and not fit to my teeth so they decide to remove it and do all over again. But during the procedure another Doctor handle the removal of the Zirconia. I feel hurt multiple times during the procedure because anesthesia was not applied while beating the zirconia to removed it. Being professional you need to be aware first with the gesture of your patient especially if the procedure is very sensitive. Yes I understood there is a different procedure in removing zirconia but giving a high pressure beating the crown many times without anesthesia is a big NO NO to the patient who had low pain tolerance. But after all still thankful to Dr. Meghna for having a long patience to fix the wrong done by her colleague. I hope the service will improve more.

The dental clinic is amazing. Starting with the people at the front desk, nurses and all the way to the doctors, they are so friendly and caring. The initial consultation made me comfortable and I decided to go ahead with the required treatments. I have done fixed bridge, extractions, root canal and requested them for a night guard without any issues or problems. During my visits,  Dr. Meghna patiently explained the procedures that had to be done. That is why  I trusted her to do extensive work in my mouth. Thank you Dr. Meghna for the great experience and quality work you have done on my teeth. I'm also thankful to Ms. Ghenna, one of their receptionists, she  was very nice and welcoming. My braces experience has been good from dr Zara’s frequent , informative appointments , warm staff and cool atmosphere

I booked a whitening treatment. On my way the receptionist asked to cancel the appointment because a client is taking long. (I refused as it was 1:30pm and they already missed up my booking the previous day.) When I got to the clinic, they suddenly could only do cleaning because they have no more rooms available for the rest of the day. Most unprofessional and dissatisfied experience I’ve experienced before!

Had been to National Medical Center 3 weeks back for a filling. The clinic is clean and staff friendly. My tooth filling had fallen off and wanted to do a temporary filling. Had enquired at about 10+ clinics before visiting. All those clinics said 60 to 100 AED for basic filling, few of them charges extra (another 100AED) for the doctors consultations as well for a procedure less than 5 mins (cost could also be high because they couldn't assess the cost involved without doctor seeing it) Here it costed AED 50, filling procedure took less than 5 mins. Visited in the morning hours with appointment and hence the clinic wasn't busy. Doctors, staff attended were of Indian Nationality specifically from Kerala. Cost effective, will recommend.

I went for scaling and polishing then the doctor who did the scaling and polishing advised me to go for tooth filling. They took me to another doctor, then i decided to go for it so the doctor started the process without anesthesia until really I felt pain then she put anesthesia. Before the process I didn't have pain in my Teeth now I can't even eat on them after the anesthesia I feel really bad with the pain.i went them again she did something then she told me it will heal but nothing happened. Now I feel so painful and not comfortable at all while eating . I am regretting doing it with them and visiting them.
