We arrived 15 minutes before closing and they happily served us coffee and cake. Coffee is really good and cakes fresh and delicious. Nice atmosphere and fantastic service. We will definitely go back.

Since last time I visited Henrietta's its been revamped to a colourful gift store with cafe at rear. There's still a small kitchenware section that specialises in quality bakeware and servingware. At 3 p.m., this is a local coffee meeting spot. Gifts are beautiful but pricey, and all imports.

Great atmosphere, serving size is a bit small Arancini balls were lukewarm but coffee was great, paid $20 for meal Customer service was a bit disappointing when I asked a staff member to print out a receipt. I could see they weren't busy/ chatting but after asking again, I was only told they couldn't print at the end of my visit.

Has changed a lot since my last visit, & sadly not for the better. Prepared foods etc for toasting, very small selection. My husband ordered a cappuccino & it was made with almond milk (we think), & I have milk with my tea, & that I think was almond milk (I didn't use it). Very disappointed & won't go again.

Hard to get really tasty quality food, the majority is brought in.

What a fantastic little hidden location. Great selection of food. Huge serves. And real Prana Chai latte. 😁

Ordered coffee and toasted sandwich, received coffee and waited 20 minutes for food. They weren’t even busy, but the kitchen staff only seemed to be able to do one order at a time, unable to multitask. They microwaved the sandwich before toasting it??? Toastier looked very sad but molten hot inside. Staff unfriendly and unapologetic. Upside, coffee was good

Oh dear! Random selection from several coffee spots open on January 4th. Bit of a queue. Ordered a coffee and a Chai. Asked about gluten free nibbles. Not hard to choose. Florentines or nothing. Drinks arrived at our outside table but no Florentines. Pointed this out but still no Florentines. Went inside to get them and cashier / order taker was in a tizz to verify the claim. Had to be instructed to give them to me in a bag. Then we started our refreshments. Coffee and Chai passed muster, but.... Lipstick was not on the pig. It was on the cups. Both of them! See pics.
