Paid £160 for a spa day for 2. So glad it wasn't a special occasion. This place is awful, in desperate need of a refurb. Ceilings and walls cracked and stained, weird smells, broken jacuzzi, old plasters and god knows what else in the pool. The whole place is outdated and not the kind of place you want to sit back and relax. We had 3 massage treatments which were so uneventful, we basically just had oil smeared on us. My partner thought his masseuse was so bored she'd fall asleep. These therapists really have no interest in connecting with customers and clearly dont enjoy their job.The guy on reception was nice though, so 1 star for him.

Second time I've been and thoroughly enjoyed myself. I had a few treatments in the spa with a lovely lady called Francesca. She made me feel so welcome and at ease. She has the hands of an angel. She was so lovely and friendly. She truly is a gem and an asset to the spa. I wish her all the very best with her career and future. Thank you for looking after me well with my treatments. I hope to see you again soon for further treatments. Take care and all the best Franscesca 😊❤️

This Spa in Manchester was so disappointing. The treatment we was supposed to have was cancelled due to staff shortage. The 2 steamrooms were useless and cold, I've had more steam in my shower, and the underwater heated pool was freezing. The only thing that was decent was the jacuzzi. The disabled showers in the ladies wasn't working. I got this as a present and I've never been so disappointed. I would consider knocking this down and starting again. Or maybe just knock it down.

Bought a wowcher £60, but didn't use facilities as all reviews poor. My daughter and I had 3 'quick' treatments that should've lasted 45 mins, but lasted just over 30, didn't realise this until out of treatment rooms and they were packing away at end of day. Facial was good, but other treatments, Head massage, foot and leg weren't great. So £60 for 3 very quick treatments wasn't really a good deal. I realise we didn't use full facilities. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming, but therapists weren't that friendly. Don't waste your money, pay a little more and get good treatments. My daughter is a student, so bought this for me and her for mother's day.

I bought my fiancé a spa day package for his birthday which included a massage of the neck and back, and full access to the pool, steam room and sauna. We are overall very impressed with our experience, the massage was incredible and very relaxing and the facilities were very clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful explained everything briefly to help us enjoy our experience. I definitely recommend this place and will be returning!😊 Thanks for a great day!

We had a spa experience and the ladies in the spa were nice but lacked personality. The surroundings were acceptable but not luxury, especially considering the price. However, the initial greeting at reception to being shown the labyrinth of corridors to get to changing rooms, the pool and spa itself left us severely underwhelmed. We have been to more professional and appealing council run gyms, spas and leisure centres that were much cheaper and a more enjoyable experience. I would only pay half of what we did for the overall surroundings and expected far, far better from what I considered to be a premium brand. In addition, to pay extra for a towel (that was nowhere near big enough) and have no slippers or dressing gown provided, was very disappointing. The whole experience is best summed up as a “budget experience” at premium prices. Wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend.

It was a nightmare to initially redeem my voucher from buyagift. Com.. had a lovely massage from Rebecca.. pool was cold and felt like a knocking shop! With mostly men! Felt uncomfortable. Tiles around the pool were filthy.

OK, so there are plenty of bad reviews, but I still thought it couldn't be that bad. The treatments were lovely, and staff were lovely. But the actual spa and changing rooms are not nice, we had planned to stay most of the day using the facilities but we left after our massage. It desperately needs maintenance and work doing to update and a deep clean! This place feels like a hostel, odd smells, dirty, mould.. We won't be going again.

I had a treatment with Federica and was one of the best I ever had! You can see that she is very skillful and knowledgeable. I also loved the room where the massage took place in, lighting, candles and the soft relaxing music.

After reading the reviews I was very nervous of going. We have just had a lovely afternoon. Greeted by Adam so friendly, welcoming, professional and a credit to the establishment, he showed us round and explained everything. The pool area is a little tired along with the sauna and steam but we had a lovely hour in there. The girl's in the spa welcomed us so professional and polite, they even rang us Thursday to say we could have our treatments at the same time which was perfect. We had 3 mini treatment each absolutely fantastic 😍 room was clean cosy and we both relaxed. Thank you. P.s we took our own towels so no need to pay for them 😁

Me and my sister visited the spa last week, the guy on reception was lovely, showed us around, took us where to go for treatments where 4 therapist were stood behind the desk. I said hello and they looked at us like we had two heads!! The treatments were ok but one therapist just huffed and puffed the whole time, blowing her nose and sniffing while performing my facial. The pool area was gruby and surrounding area stunk. The noise when the jacuzzi was firing up was rediculous when trying to chill on the beds and to top it off the pool was closed because someone had dropped glass into it, there was a cleaner cleaning round us that kept dropping things causinga right noise. I ended up getting out and getting dressed, it was not the chilled spa day i was hoping for, i have never had a bad experience before and have visited a lot of spas so disappointing and complete waste of money.

Oh dear. Sorry but this place is such a dump. I came here with my mum, our treatments were suddenly cancelled just before we arrived and the place was very far from luxurious. We were still able to use the pool etc but everything since the moment we walked in was such a disappointment. The staff at the reception however were very pleasant. There were only a couple loungers by the pool and the atmosphere was dingy and miserable. The one good thing was the steam room which had a good amount of steam. Otherwise, I would strongly advise to avoid. Me and my mum are still awaiting our promised refund, since December.

Booked to come to the spa as the pictures made the spa look really nice and relaxing . On my arrival to the spa there was a dirty entrance via a gym which was unkept and shabby. The one star is for the gentleman that greeted us at the reception as he was the only that looked presentable. The man on reception then charged £6 for a towel rental which you would only receive £2 back . Also was charged a £2 locker fee which could have been acceptable. As I was walking through towards the spa I noticed the building was very unwell kept and was dirty , the floor was filthy and out dated the walls and ceilings had stains all over them and were rotten . The communal toilets just outside the spa had mould and rot around the taps , there was feaces in the toilet bowl , and the general bathroom was very dirty. When arriving into the actual spa room , we was taken to a dark brown room where the ceilings were also stained and dirty - this therefore meant we did not want to use the spa facilities as it was all corroded and unkept . The walls had chips in them and the room was initially small and unhygienic. The fire alarm went off for around 2/3 minutes and this not was relaxing. We was sat waiting for around 10 minutes waiting for further instructions , during this time we was not offered a drink or any thing else. When entered the room where our treatments were being carried out the room was generally dark and made me feel like cancelling my treatments. When actually receiving my treatment you could smell poor foot hygiene from one of the therapist. Our treatments should of started at 10:15am , we was no taken into the room until 10:25 and we had 40 minutes for three treatments . When finished I checked the time and it was 10:55 . We gotten dressed and left . Very unkept and wouldn’t recommend to anyone booking this . The “pictures don’t do it justice” as it looks like a hostel

Spa day bought for me for my birthday from my friend. Receptionist very friendly and welcoming. Facilities clean and well kept. Treatment was carried out by Rebecca, and it was fantastic, good pressure for massage and very professional and calming manner. Hot tub and pool and sauna all great addition to the experience.
