Booked
to
come
to
the
spa
as
the
pictures
made
the
spa
look
really
nice
and
relaxing
.
On
my
arrival
to
the
spa
there
was
a
dirty
entrance
via
a
gym
which
was
unkept
and
shabby.
The
one
star
is
for
the
gentleman
that
greeted
us
at
the
reception
as
he
was
the
only
that
looked
presentable.
The
man
on
reception
then
charged
£6
for
a
towel
rental
which
you
would
only
receive
£2
back
.
Also
was
charged
a
£2
locker
fee
which
could
have
been
acceptable.
As
I
was
walking
through
towards
the
spa
I
noticed
the
building
was
very
unwell
kept
and
was
dirty
,
the
floor
was
filthy
and
out
dated
the
walls
and
ceilings
had
stains
all
over
them
and
were
rotten
.
The
communal
toilets
just
outside
the
spa
had
mould
and
rot
around
the
taps
,
there
was
feaces
in
the
toilet
bowl
,
and
the
general
bathroom
was
very
dirty.
When
arriving
into
the
actual
spa
room
,
we
was
taken
to
a
dark
brown
room
where
the
ceilings
were
also
stained
and
dirty
-
this
therefore
meant
we
did
not
want
to
use
the
spa
facilities
as
it
was
all
corroded
and
unkept
.
The
walls
had
chips
in
them
and
the
room
was
initially
small
and
unhygienic.
The
fire
alarm
went
off
for
around
2/3
minutes
and
this
not
was
relaxing.
We
was
sat
waiting
for
around
10
minutes
waiting
for
further
instructions
,
during
this
time
we
was
not
offered
a
drink
or
any
thing
else.
When
entered
the
room
where
our
treatments
were
being
carried
out
the
room
was
generally
dark
and
made
me
feel
like
cancelling
my
treatments.
When
actually
receiving
my
treatment
you
could
smell
poor
foot
hygiene
from
one
of
the
therapist.
Our
treatments
should
of
started
at
10:15am
,
we
was
no
taken
into
the
room
until
10:25
and
we
had
40
minutes
for
three
treatments
.
When
finished
I
checked
the
time
and
it
was
10:55
.
We
gotten
dressed
and
left
.
Very
unkept
and
wouldn’t
recommend
to
anyone
booking
this
.
The
“pictures
don’t
do
it
justice”
as
it
looks
like
a
hostel
