My daughter lives in the village and has taken me to Alpine Kitchen several times. I love Rainford as it’s like stepping back in time and to have such a wonderful, friendly place to eat is a bonus. So much so that I’m taking my sister there tomorrow for brunch …. we both live in Liverpool where there’s plenty of places to eat but my recommendation is Alpine Kitchen!! Amazing owner and staff. Well done guys!!

First time eating at Alpine Kitchen and it definitely did not disappoint. Went for brunch. A small but excellent choice of food. Everything was spot on, piping hot and cooked to perfection. Coffee was delicious. A real gem and run by dedicated and friendly staff. Surroundings are relaxing and homely. Totally recommend.

A small but lovely little cafe. The food was delicious and well worth it. Many thanks to Lucy who served us she was very nice and my two girls loved the sweets at the end of the meal :)

Came here for the first time with my girlfriend, and safe to say we will be coming back. Lucy made us both feel comfortable and her service was incredible she’s a joy to be around and we can’t wait to go again. Thank you for a lovely day.

Oh my goodness! Wow! First of all, the service from James and his team are amazing, I even got asked how much syrup I would like in my coffee! I have never ever been asked that before.. I have two children under 2 and they couldn’t do enough, simple things like having the high chair ready and brought out to me was a dream! It really eased my anxiety! They have a cute little garden, ideal for a toddler that you can’t keep still just to have a little look at the flowers and sit under the tree until the food comes! Secondly… the food! Oh my word! The food is stunning.. and even more amazing in your belly! My 2 year old loved the homemade pancakes! Even my newborn was slavering 😂 the breakfasts where incredible. Last but not least… your special place offers such a special experience.. I can honestly say I’ve never been anywhere that tastes as good. Thank you for an amazing Father’s Day morning. Enjoys breakfast with friends yesterday. We all had omelettes they were delicious. The menu has a very good choice but not overbearing. The staff are friendly I will definitely be returning 😁

Have been a few times and have had a fabulous choice each time. Last visit yesterday had a fabulous vegetarian afternoon tea. Every part was delicious from the soup in mini tea cup, warm savouries, sandwiches, cakes then scones with jam & cream. Service was excellent lovely welcome & attention throughout! 😀 We will be back 🌟

It's the first time I've been into The Alpine Kitchen and I had to do a review as it is very nice to sit and chill out on a Sunday morning, when I need to relax with a tasty piping hot meal! Clean and friendly and right in the centre of the pretty village of Rainford. Would RECOMEND for great value too!

Went here on Wednesday for the 1st time and certainly won't be the last. Food was great; hot and plentiful (2 x cooked breakfast) but what impressed me the most was the staff and service. Staff were friendly, cheerful, attentive and 'on the ball'. Upon learning it was my birthday, i was gifted a piece of brownie, which was a lovely gesture.

Lovely breakfast perfectly cooked the Sausages particularly were delicious. Wife's said her pancake stack with bacon was to die for we will be back. 10 out of 10

We had a wonderful breakfast here. Place was cosy with lovely Christmas decorations. 🎄Food was fresh, perfectly cooked and coffee was super. Will definitely pop in again soon 😁x

Really good quality food in a cosy local cafe. Super impressed with the food we had... the club sandwich had large pieces chicken breast and bacon which you could tell was good quality meat (I'm pretty picky), loads of filling on thick good quality bread. I thought it would come with a few fries on the side but there was a full bowl of matchstick fries. We also had the chicken and avocado sandwich and sausage butty... all great. Fantastic to find somewhere that cares about the standard of the produce they use. Will be back, well done.
