Had a PC built here in 2018, just opened it up to put new thermal paste on the CPU. The CPU cooler didn't even have the plastic "please remove before install" cover taken off and the thermal paste was splurged everywhere. Absolutely shocking. Don't go there!

The website makes the place sound good for what I need. I'll update in a few weeks when I've been in to get my new computer built.

Amazing service. Went in with a blue screen laptop that wouldn't wipe. Chap had it booked in and turned around in 2 working days. Full clean operating install and laptop is as good as new. All the staff we polite. SMS to keep me updated. Very happy.

Took my very old laptop in for a service as it was really slow and new ones are very expensive. They did an excellent job, now I dont fall asleep waiting for it to come on and it will last awhile longer. Used Computers Direct before and never had a bad experience, so will certainly use them again.

I really cannot speak highly enough about the abilities and professionalism of the people in this company. It is some years now since they built me a PC, which was tailored to my needs and was infinitely better than any prepackaged machine I could buy from retailers or on line. I have upgraded over the years and every time their service has been second to none. If you want to deal with a company that epitomises the best of the best then pick this one.

I took my PC in to have the system disk cloned to a larger drive. The work was done on the same day, which was a day ahead of schedule. The staff were helpful, polite, friendly, professional and very knowledgable. The price was excellent. I would definitely recommend.

Contacted them regarding a security issue, they sorted it out no problem, the team there are so knowledgeable & their people skills are 1st class I would highly recommend them
