    Tim gets results. I have a desk based job and my posture really needed improving, after 12 weeks I saw a huge improvement. Not only did this remove the pain I felt in my lower back but it also helped with my confidence. I've seen improvement in my target areas, including my legs, abs and arms. I've also created and become more committed to my fitness goals. I would recommend him to anyone wherever you are in your fitness journey.

    I've been working with Tim since  September and have seen a massive improvement in my fitness levels. From the offset, Tim took time to tailor a programme that was personal to me, taking into account all factors such my age, body type and medical conditions. Having a relatively low level of fitness, I was a little apprehensive but he is so approachable and makes you feel welcome and relaxed from the first session. He always goes above and beyond and I've been very impressed with his knowledge of nutrition and he is always happy to offer advice. He takes particular care in ensuring you perform each exercise correctly to avoid injury and get the best results. He keeps the sessions interesting by introducing new routines on a weekly basis. I would thoroughly recommend Tim for anyone considering personal training.

    Recently starting working with Tim and all I can say is this guy really knows his stuff! Just in a few sessions he has improved my knowledge and mindset so so much. Anyone who is looking to reach new fitness goals needs to get in touch!

    I have recently started working with Tim and I’m so pleased that I made the decision to do so. In my first block of 10 sessions I regained my motivation to train, I’ve lost 3kg of the 10kg I gained during Covid and I’m getting fitter and stronger! I enjoy training in a way I have never done before and I hope to gain the confidence and competence to be able to continue to do so moving forward. I enjoy the different workouts and being challenged differently. Tim is also friendly, approachable and relatable which is important.

    PT sessions are low key therapy sessions! This man is amazing at what he does, and over the past 5 months he has pushed me to a new level of fitness. I'm a rebel so don't follow the programme like I should but even without doing as I'm told I have seen massive results from training with Tim. Not only does he know what he is talking about he actually personalised my workouts to be more of the things I enjoy... lifting. My confidence has grown, I have the beginnings of muscle definition and overall im happier in general. Thanks Tim 😁

    Tim is a great coach, always mixing up my workouts so I don’t get board - I look forward to our sessions every week. We are doing lots of hill sprints and explosive work to help with my hockey game play/fitness at the minute. I’m seeing great results in my muscle tone and definition which is having a positive impact on my mental attitude too. Tim also helps me with meal planning and nutrition advice. He sets me sessions to do each week at home or in the gym so I can keep training and pushing for results. I’ve wanted a personal trainer for a long time and am glad I finally bit the bullet and went with Tim.

    I’ve been working with Tim for a while, he is a great personal trainer. My aims are to get fitter, stronger and improve my physique. My squat have gone from 70 to new PB yesterday of 125 and bench moving from 65 to 100. We do many different exercises and I get pushed much harder than if I just trained on my own. Really enjoy the sessions and it is making a big difference!!

    Very professional and personable. Good communication and flexible. Tim is very encouraging and supportive and has high standards that come through his training sessions. I am seeing great results at a manageable pace for me and would definitely recommend!

    I have full confidence in Tim, he has wealth of experience, expertise and the know how to help motivate and inspire me to lose weight, become fitter and increase my health and well-being. He has done this through varied fitness sessions and a totally new diet and nutritional education for me. Thank you Tim
