Love the Cafe! I have had the Fish & Chips twice now , never disappoints and always a great portion for the price!

Lovely staff as always, had The Brunch (toast, avocado, halloumi, baked beaks, egg, tomato and a flat mushroom) and The Breakfast (full English) which are always good options. Tried out the dragonfruit and mango smoothie today which was really tasty, fiancé ordered the iced coffee which wasn't great (not much coffee taste, mainly tasted of milk). Overall though a great breakfast. I do love that they serve the breakfast/brunch options all day so after a late night out, this is a great option, either for a big brekkie or a healthy option, even at lunchtime.

Don't waste your time going here! They are rude, unaccommodating and unhelpful! Not to mention the food was awful, I would much rather have spent my money anywhere else!

Staff are rude. Food wasn’t worth the price paid. Portions are so small I came out more hungry than walked in. Won’t be going back awful experience.

The food and staff excellent. But have been coming here and eating and drinking in this branch for at least 10 yrs and am now disappointed that the quality of coffee has gone down. They advertise it as Americano coffee( very strong like costa) but sell it weak like percolated. When asking for it to be served stronger as should be am charged for extra shot???? Why advertise it as americano when not served correctly???

The most miserable and rude staff ever, never smile, they all look like they hate their job!! Used to go in every week but it got beyond a joke waiting half an hour before the food came out and the cafe wasn't even busy, They all need a bit of retraining, especially on their customer service!!!! Shocking service! Was waiting at the till for 15 minutes while 6 members of staff stared at myself and another customer. To then finally be served and spoken to in a very aggressive manor. And finally (the only reason I went to the cafe) I asked for some hot water to heat my baby boy's food up and was told I couldn't have hot water. So the lady behind me (also with a baby) asked could she heat up the food in hot water for me? And she told me no she couldn't. I was so upset that I had planned my sons routine around getting to work and getting to the cafe to feed him and then to receive this kind of service. I'm never ever going back and would never have been treated like this anywhere else. So we had to leave the store without our shopping to go home and feed my hungry baby.

Went to Tesco cafe today and there was a problem with the till and the staff was great. My son has Down's syndrome and dementia and loves to go for lunch , the staff went out of there way and sorted out Liam with a lunch. He would of become very upset and had a difficult afternoon without his jacket cheese and beans . Thank you so much you are all great 🌟😘from Frances and Liam x
