He had the patience of a saint and was most helpful and very polite.Really helped sort all my photos out into sizes I needed and they all turned out great.Thank you so much Dan really appreciated your help!

Dan was an absolute legend, his customer service was outstanding.

Very poor service, but very high prices. First it take forever to send and than receive a document to print, than the actual printer is out of paper and when you finally think is all up and running, it prints slower than you could actually write it by hand. Cherry on top of the cake, the one person working there didn't knew how to read in MO Word how many pages the document has, so you need to wait until the slow printing process ends so you know how much you have to pay .... £1.85 for one side A4 😲😲😲😲🤦 common guys is 21st century and technology is the future.

Needed posters printed for a charity supporting ex-servicemen and women suffering from PTSD and preventing suicide. The posters contained a scan code to donate via mobile phone, this didn't work on the new posters when people attempted to donate via the app Wasn't advised when in the shop that this could be an issue no mention of it at all. Can't use posters as it was a copy I was Informed when I rang them. I rang another branch and asked if they could help and was informed that they should have mentioned this and also checked this in the shop. I have now gone elsewhere and guess what? they checked the scan code after printing and the posters are working. Max Spielmann has offered a partial refund what a joke and an insult to ex-servicemen and women. Shocking service, and rude. Shame on you all. UPDATE. Refund now given.

Everyone was very nice and the staff helped me through, at first it didn't work but the staff was very patient and it finally worked at the end,very good quality and, the prices? Are ABSOLUTELY perfect 💯. Keep it up !

Paid for two disposable cameras for me and my s/o to go on holiday. we came back to get the photos developed and waited two weeks for the results. When we received the pictures only half of them were in there. We went back to the store we told them what had happened and they said they would get back to us as there was probably an issue during development. We never heard anything back so we ended up losing half the photos and memories from our first holiday together.

went in today and a lovley max did me passport photo and printed it off and email me was very nice and professional will defo go there again keep up the good work 👍🏼

Asked for help in putting together a montage for my daughter's 30th birthday. Dave was absolutely brilliant and so patient, he spent ages getting it just right.

Excellent help, Had printing and photos done. Gentleman helped and got all things I wanted done. It can get busy for such a small place. Lots of passport photos being done while I was there.

Been there for a specifique little project for my son's Bithday and some pictures printing. Nicole has been very patient and helpful even though she was also supporting a new employee at the same time. I will definitely come back ! And I highly recommend them to anyone!

Perfect picture After a disappointing school photo I went into max speilman what can I say they were amazing. From the moment I walked in they were helpful and polite, very patient with my daughter and took the perfect photo. They did several different positions and took many many photos it has hard to choose from. Highly recommended them for the perfect picture

Paid for passport service only to finish filling out the form myself when the staff member walked away although on the screen it said continue. Pointed out his mistakes and realised I could of done it myself. No help or reassurance what so ever considering I paid!!!!
