The best food I've ever eaten, no kidding! Amazingly presented, rich in flavour and mouth-watering!

Had the absolute pleasure of dining out at @pink_lettuce_chester and thoroughly enjoyed everything! The food was next level. Ordered tofu fish & chips, tofu salmon dill & potatoes with a grilled veg platter, then a choc brownie dessert. I asked for salt before trying any & soon realised the food didn’t need any extra condiments, it was all seasoned to perfection… even the side garnishes had fresh basil pesto drizled on the. This vegan fine dining at its best! Highly recommend a visit here if you are in Chester. 6/5 Stars 🌟

We had a delicious birthday meal here. The food has so much flavour & style and is up there with top non vegan restaurants. We tried a lot on the menu and enjoyed every single thing. A lot of thought has gone into the menu ensuring each ingredient brings out the best in the dish. You don't need to be vegan to eat here you just have to enjoy delicious flavoursome healthy food 💖

Omg - our new favourite restaurant in Chester! The food is amazing - so much flavour and wonderfully presented. Really friendly staff. So recommend this place (although want to keep it all to ourselves as well - haha!).

...a friendly new restaurant in the middle of Chester. “The Pink Lettuce” has left a deep impression on us with the Vegan super and specific dishes. We are sure, our favourite will have the “pink burger”.Also Fantastic are the spinach soup and potato pancakes. Hospitable friendly hosts with delicious dishes. Like Alice in wonderland. Hands down the best vegan restaurant iv ever been too! The staff are amazing, and the food is unreal! The location and atmosphere is very nice (perfect for dates). The pink burger is full of flavour and bread is soo soft! Highly recommended

Simply sensational. Sublime food, served by a really lovely bloke (didn't get his name. Dark, long hair). Outstanding. We had the tasting platter, and I'd recommend it to anyone. This is a definite top place, and somewhat hidden gem of Chester.

Very relaxed atmosphere, no pressure to hurry your meal. The meal was full of flavour, and the presentation was awesome!! The biggest shock was the bill.... an extremely reasonable price for a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We will certainly be going back frequently.

We had a lovely meal here with the tasting menu. Everything was presented amazingly, and as tasty as it looked. This is definitely a hidden gem in Chester. The owner seems really passionate about what she does.

We had the most amazing meal at the Pink Lettuce. The flavours and presentation of the food were absolutely fantastic. There is a huge choice on the menu, so much so it was hard to decide. We went for the tapas and loved every dish. There is a wonderful atmosphere too and the host was very friendly. We will be back for sure and would highly recommend.

Pink lettuce is the perfect restaurant for any occasion It's the first sort of higher end vegan dining place I've ever been too, usually vegan junk food but this is absolutely next level. Every meal is absolutely amazing with such care and thought going into every dish you can tell that there's so much passion in this food. To start I had some small plates: The potato slices were absolutely next level, freshly made and were between a crisp and a potato adding crunch and a lovely softness. I also had the sticky tofu bites which were so well seasoned you had waves of different flavours hit you between each bite. For the main I had to try the famous pink burger which was phenomenal. The buns are freshly made and the burgers use pea protein which is a nice change from the normal way vegan burgers are made. They're saved with bacon cheese and a mixture of sauces that all blend together so well it was gone in minutes! It's served with chips and salad with pesto which I also took from everyone else's plate it was so nice Finally we had dessert where I had the sticky toffe pudding, I've never had one like it. Not too sweet and it's perfectly complimented by the ice cream. I also had the cheesecake last time which is such an interesting experience it's not like anything ive tried before and definitely worth a go. Have both it'll be worth it! One more thing the owner is absolutely lovely and deserves so much support and I'm glad to see they're doing so well. The last time we came in was nearly 9 months ago but she remembered us down to our starters and how we liked our coffee orders. An amazing woman!

We had a fantastic vegan dinner here - five stars all round! The food we had was delicious; the house pink burger, a half burrito and a sticky toffee pudding to share. We'll have to revisit Chester just for the food here! Highly recommended for everyone - not just vegans!

Food and building are absolutely beautiful. Restaurant food that is 100% plantbased and high quality. Drinks menu that includes fresh coffee, juices, beer, and wine. Friendly staff. Food is also available to take away

They kindly accepted me a few minutes before the lunch-time ended, and got to be seated all cosy near the window! The food is a delight to look at and to eat, I was absolutely amazed by this place and I am pretty sure it helped me fall in love with Chester even more. 💕 Got a Tofish&Chips and a Toffee cake, see for yourselves! Staff absolutely lovely, wishing them the best!!

The Pink Lettuce was absolutely out of this world. The food was gorgeous. We thought with it being Chester that we would get small portions but we didn't. Although the food isn't cheap it is worth every penny. We even took our meat loving brother-in-law and my mums partner who is also a huge meat lover and both of them were blown away. It was my mums 80th and they put a banner on the table and a sparkler and candles in her dessert. Definitely be going back soon. Its even dog friendly. Just exceptional. A vegan heaven 😍

Had the most beautiful food at Pink Lettuce. I've been vegan for a while but this food was AMAZING, it was presented well and tasted delicious. The staff were lovely and thoughtful and we really enjoyed our evening. The restaurant itself is so pretty and has a lovely vibe to it.

What a superb find this evening on the cozy part of the Rows in Beautiful Chester . Chester Vegan eateries have become a little less recently with the closure of Hypha and only Beyond burger type joints on offer elsewhere. They new kid on the block has definitely raised the bar at Pink Lettuce and the food was amazing and all prepared with care, skill and love . I had sweet potato and chick pea boats which was Uber delicious and healthy yet filling, my partner had the beer battererd tofish and chips and was as good as any real fish that I remember from a few years back .The real icing on the cake are the delicious desserts and we went for the Blue Spirulina cheesecake( healthy) and The sticky toffee pudding ( naughty) the only analogy I can make is The sticky toffee pudding was like a naughty but delicious one night stand and the cheesecake like the stunning life partner you enjoy daily😉❤️. Staff were so attentive and informative especially the guy from Latvia 🇱🇻 who served us during the evening. We will be Back then back then back many times after . ❤️😋

Amazing food in beautiful surroundings. We had the Mac n Cheese and it was fabulous! 💚 The staff are lovely too. Very friendly and welcoming 😊 This was my 3rd visit in a few weeks and I’ll certainly be back! 😊

Cannot fault! Top vegan food, top service! Staff cannot do enough. No baby change in the toilet but as soon as they notice this was what we were on the way to do the provided a fold away chance table! Would recommend the cluck burger! Amazing!
