That made me smile when a previous reviewer said about the Dents gloves. Yes that's exactly what I bought for my mother here. You are just so hard pressed to find them on the high street anywhere these days. Top store. Long may you reign. Highly recommended

Great place for quality clothes, help on hand if needed, great choice

Lovely clothes shop with good quality clothes and a range of brands across menswear and womenswear. Really nice to see a traditional shop still going strong the, the staff are very friendly and helpful – would definitely recommend popping in whilst you’re in Buxton!

Only used online but great customer service, happy to measure a Joules gilet on the chest and hip , very helpful staff. Will visit the shop if I ever go to Buxton .

Excellent customer service in shop with a lovely atmosphere selling decent quality clothes. An old established shop but not old-fashioned stock! Just the sort of place Buxton needs to stop the demise of its high-street.

A rare locally owned department store with helpful staff who know their stock, now 3rd generation family run. They have much more variety than appears on the surface, and very reasonable prices. Exterior could do with a bit of a facelift after the harsh winter, but do inside and explore the different rooms - well worth it.

This place is a gem. The attendants really know their stuff and go to enormous trouble. A good range of brands at fair prices, and such a contrast to other places where assistants are paid to promote just one maker.

What a magnificent shop! Olde Worlde but modern at the same time. Quality clothing, attentive and courteous staff in a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Fantastic company to deal with I ordered a dressing gown for my mum for Xmas but it didn't fit and they didn't have a smaller size In stock even though it was outside the 90 days they still gave me a refund and were so understanding. Excellent customer service would definitely buy from them again.

I have been using them for some time now. The service is excellent the website easy to use and what I like most is they have stock. Delivery perfect and altogether a very fine shopping experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

It's a long standing family run business I've never been in to this shop myself I know that its a clothing shop not sure what type of clothing but I've lived in Buxton for 30years and it's always been there so it must be successful
