Coincidently went during their discount… Probably the reason why I did not get proper service, worse hospitality, no professionalism and the hair treatment only lasted till 1 wash. They also increase the price later on than the one written in the card making excuses, so better to confirm the price verbally before you start.

Worst worst worst experience ever . I have booked manicure pedicure session in there 30years celebration. Seeing many adds on Instagram .Such a pathetic service can explain . Firstly service girl said for manicure pedicure scrub will not be used I was shocked because I never heard such things after that the service started it was so unprofessional and unorganised no one including me can recognise freshly manicured nails after in conversation she said nail polish is not included again a shock because manicure pedicure is all about cut file shape scrubbing nail polish I have done multiple times at other saloon as well and they never said such this this is not included this is not included . She said if you want to use scrub 200rs extra after that coming back to main service part . Not at all satisfied and surely never going back and will never suggest anyone what a scam manicure pedicure @800 but they will not say we will not do scrubbing and nail polish that must be cleared first . It’s better to visit other saloon , urban clap or do it yourself . I myself do better manicure pedicure at home. Kalgi saloon please train your staff they don’t know what to do how to do .. I feel like I wasted my money on such pathetic service. Even they ask for free service do not visit at all

Today i visited the salon for body polishing and waxing , the service provided by Preeti and Simran is fabulous.Both of them are very friendly and the way they serve the client is really appreciative . I m really satisfied with the service ☺️

Yesterday i visited this salon for my skin and nails . I never thought this type of kindness from stuff,😄 they were so humble with me and take good care of me While doing my work. After my nails and skin done so perfectly amazing😍😍 Then I think of manicure and pedicures So I decided to do that too.
