Recently, I suffered an injury on my left shoulder due to a fall at home and was at a trauma facility in Chicago, USA. My condition was evaluated by the local #Orthopedic surgeon and was simply given pain killers and advised an expensive surgery process as an alternative option to consider. I was bit disappointed and sought to consult Dr. Patel via a video conference to get a 2nd opinion. Dr. Patel was very detailed in explaining the injury and advised me against going under the knife, to allow natural healing over time and proper self-care at home to allow maximum recovery. I had my ACL broken and it needed reconstruction. Dr Jay had built really good hospital and have amazing staff who takes care of you like family. Their rooms are specious, clean and amenities that one might need for 2-3 days of stay. I had my surgery done by visiting Dr Karnav Panchal who is specialist on sports ortho. I had undergone Bilateral Total Knee Replacement Surgery on 7 th August 2023 under Dr Jay. After 15 days of my surgery and Physiotherapy by Dr Toral, Physiotherapist my recovery is fast and I am able to do all my day to day activities, walking, climbing staircase up and down and even driving car on my own without anybody's support and health. Dr Jay and his team, nursing staff, attendants all are cooperative and helpful and gave me homely feeling during my stay in hospital. Hospital is neat, clean and hygienic.
