I am unsatisfied with Pristyn Care and their tie-up doctor, to attract patients they will provide you free consultation, and the doctor then suggest you surgery though its not required. In my case when I visited pristyn care linked doctor for Pilonidle Sinus treatment he directly suggested for surgery, even he didn't write anything on opd paper. I was somehow worried and then consulted with the senior doctor of apollo hospital where he said nothing is like surgery, he only prescribed medication that too I have to take on sos if swelling, pus or pain in the sinus that currently not there he said. I was shocked to know this, even I was ready for surgery as pristyn care executive continuously following up with me for that only. My suggestion would be always take 2nd review and don't trust the platform like pristyn care.
