I bought gold chain from this place. Customer relationship staff was courteous and polite but the employee on the billing counter was so rude and didn't know how to talk to a new customer. Highly disappointed with the person's behaviour. I hope either manager or owner will take note of this.

All r good even all customer relationship officers and all other staff were too good except billing department it's too slow takes so much time in billing and delivering items....

Very bad experience. When you go to buy something they will be very polite and very friendly. However, their material is not so good and if something happens and you go to them they always talk about spending more money and talk very disrespectful. They don’t care whether you are their regular customer and spending lakhs of rupees or you are just new comers. They always treat you very badly if you complain about anything. I recommend that never go to them for anything. There are many jewellery shops in the city which you can prefer but not this one.

Most worst experience, most egoist and non friendly floor manager Mr Manu ( Mehul ) Raval, they are not giving a small discount of Rs 390 on a big purchase of 1,22,000. Before going there think twice. Better visit near by store gharena jewellers who are most friendly people and give a good discount on labor and gold.
