Clean, modern, would stay again. Need plastic cups in rooms, better lighting system rather than all on or off. Only place in 2 weeks without hair dryer probably only business men stay here.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. Unfortunately the breakfast is very poor and there is very little choice, hence only 3 stars. I would like to positively mention the breakfast lady Jasmin, she was a real ray of sunshine for us! Very friendly to the children and helpful for them, there are 5 stars + 🙂 I would like a modern coffee machine for our next stay!

Ich bin äußerst enttäuscht, sehr schlechte Erfahrung, kann nur alle davor warnen, mit diesem Hotel in Kontakt zu treten. An der Rezeption kein Mensch (ist nicht so schlimm, im Endefekt ist es ein „BudgetHotel“), man hat nur telefonischen Kontakt mit den Mitarbeitern, welcher aber unter aller Kritik ist - arrogant, frech und unprofessionel. Sie hören nicht auf das, was Ihnen gesagt wird, verstecken sich nur hinter den Vorschriften, NULL Empathie. Leider NIE wieder.

The few pictures and plastic plants don't bring any comfort. It is extremely noisy. The room doors belong in an office building, but not in a hotel. There is also a 2cm gap at the bottom so that noise and light have a clear path. The curtains are too short, the street lights shine in your face. No reading light, no hairdryer, no shelf in the shower (the one that was there before was broken off dangerously sharp) and no air conditioning. It is unbearably hot due to the warm October. But an open window is not conducive to sleep because of the location right on a street. I don't even want to imagine what it's like in the summer when it's thirty degrees. The breakfast is below standard, no fresh pastries, just baked rolls, but good, at least you'll be full. What I found worst, however, was the lack of cleanliness. There were strangers' hair on two beds. So noticeable that you had to see it when you put it on. There were several dead insects in the room, which were definitely not fresh either. One carpet was very stained and frayed. The toilet seat is the cheapest plastic product and doesn't fit. Two towels were dirty. Not a hotel I will visit a second time.

For the price paid you can hardly complain. The room is spacious and appropriately furnished. Support from the telephone staff is quick and helpful. For me there are 2 points that would greatly improve the stay and would actually not cost much to implement: - a hairdryer in every room - the snack and toiletries in the lobby only accept coins, not banknotes or bank cards

Erste Nacht kahm Schnee der bis zum nächsten Abend nicht geräumt wurde und den Parkplatz zu einer Eispiste verwandelte. Frühstück ist mal grade das notwendigste , bei dem Preis kann man hier etwas mehr erwarten. Sehr hellhöriges Haus wo man nachts jeden über den Flur laufen hört und keine richtige Nachtruhe findet. Das schliesssystem ist das letzte, habe mein Chip von der Haustür mehrmals tauschen müssen da es nicht richtig funktioniert und ich nicht ins Haus kahm. Keine getrennte Beleuchtung im Zimmer , heisst entweder im Dunkeln laufen oder nachts Flutlicht an und alle im Zimmer sind wach .
