Tasty food, good service. the prices are fine.

Interesting place to try Austrain wines and food. Lots options of small plates / bites of (mostly Italian cheeses and salumi). Nice curated selection of Austrian starters and mains. We had winter salad with goat cheese, Wiener schnitzel and trout special. Yum. They have monthly flights - our was cremants from France. You can buy bottles in shop and drink in restaurant with only corkage. Other reviews complained about service. It’s a leisurely pace which we enjoyed.

The store is ok - it has a decent wine selection. However, the events in this place are not to recommend- they charge you for the ticket, then there is no place to sit you have to stand around for hours with your stuff, the food is not good and the „all inclusive wine“ is so bad it is not drinkable. People don’t waist your money here

shamefully bad service (inattentive waiters, wrong water served, wine had cork floating in it, exchange not offered, several waiters standing around chatting rather than looking out who needs serving). inability to run a wine shop (several wines on menu not available, red wine served very cold). poor value for money (avoid laughably small cheese platter). minor redeeming features (cosy, good croque monsieur).

As other reviewers said, my friends and I should have checked the reviews before eating there. We ordered four schnitzels and they were quite bad. They tasted nothing. However, the worst was the service. We were charged 6€ for tap water. We ordered still water and at first, the waiter brought us sparkling water. Then, we told him that we ordered still water and he brought us the same bottle of water but filled with tap water. He didn’t even leave the bottle on the table. At the end, when we were paying the bill, he told us that “service was not included”. I think that you CANNOT ASK the customer to tip you (i’m referring to the countries were the tips are not compulsory). It was an inappropriate comment. It was definitely a tourist trap.

Nice place for a drink with fine wines and competent staff able to propose you your wine. You can test different kind of wines and buy it if you like in the shop. Very convenient. I was surprised with so many great austen red wines.

Wein & Co isn't the kind of place you'd typically visit for a filling meal, but it's the kind of place you should visit for a great and long lasting time with a good bottle of wine and some tasty small dishes. Their wine selection is obviously very large (it's a wine store) and they have a small selection of recommendations to try free of charge. You can get a good selection of cured meats or cheeses, all of which seem to come with a small note which explains the particular product. Note : You're able to either order directly from the menu or select ANY wine from the store and enjoy it in their bar at an additional cost of 15€. We chose to do this as we had already checked out from the hotel but wanted to finish our wine, which we did over several hours here. Its not cheap, but amazing experiences don't need to be.

Wine selection is good, opening hours are great, location is perfect but food is meh (and very expensive), cork fee is ridiculous, service is really lousy. Our bill was a complete mess, guy working there ended up saying “I don’t care, you owe nothing”. Can be fixed rather easily but looks like no one really cares.

I was very satisfied when I came here last month. But today was a complete disappointment. 1. I ordered the same things but the portion that came was half of the previous one but the price was the same (cheese plate) 2. I had to dispute the bill. (They said I drank an extra glass of wine.) 3. I ordered 1 small bread basket and 1 medium bread basket with olive oil, but they were both medium size on the bill.🤬

Very bad service, very rude and very bad treatment to the clientele. I would not go back because of the lousy service. Especially by one of the waitresses.

The best store in Vienna for wine !!! Good prices , endless wine from all over the world. Staff is kindly and helpful. You can buy wine from sop and open it in their resutaurant for 9 euro (you get a bottle of water still/sparkling at this price) Tasted their hamburger and it was delicious

A bit dissappointing not to get any food or snacks already at 21.40 eventhough the kitchen is supposed to be open until 22.00... and I would actually expect at least olives, bread, grissinis as a side to wine anytime in such a bar

Great wine store with excellent assortment. We alsoe stayed for a bite of food. Could have been better, but the flamenkuche was decent, and the brad basket superb. With a nice glas of Gruner Veltliner to that, and a central location, life becomes quite easy.

For 40+ Euros a bottle you get a lousy service and an atmosphere similar to a clothing store with that pop playlist... Disappointed! The location and the wines are fabulous though

We had a nice window table, drank some lovely wine, ate some yummy food, and our weiter was great! What more could you ask for? Absolutely recommend 👌 👍
