i have never experiences such a horrible service in my life. the medical staff working there are butchers. not to mention that they have no human face. this place should be shut down for malpractice. just avoid especially when you are pregnant. i cant describe my pain.

While both doctors I saw were very nice and competent I take issue with the billing. I was never told how much it would cost to have a new IUD put in and was a bit shocked when I got the 410 Euro Bill. I needed to go for a checkup a month later to see whether the IUD was in place and was quite unhappy when I was charged another 50 Euro for that visit. On top of that I had waited for more than half an hour to see the doctor. The lady at the reception was well aware that I would be unhappy about the extra billing and used her silky (but annoyingly Austrian matter of factly voice) - to inform me that it was not her fault. Duh! Whose fault is it that I am not going back to that clinic?

I was visiting Vienna from the United States and was experiencing some discomfort on my trip. The front desk promptly scheduled an appointment the same day. Dr. Viola Dilschwigl was incredibly thorough in her exam and was transparent about what needed to be done along with the cost to me paying out of pocket. I walked away with all my questions answered and a sense of relief for the remainder of my trip. The front desk was very kind and accommodating from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this team and Dr. Dilschwigl to anyone in need of quality care.

I strongly discourage anyone from considering this clinic due to its extremely unprofessional nature. From the moment you step foot in the reception area, you are made to feel like an inconvenience, despite the fact that you are paying for their services. The level of disrespect and disregard for your well-being only worsens when you encounter the doctor. They treat you with disdain, rushing through the appointment as if you are a repulsive individual, not allowing you the opportunity to address your concerns or ask questions. Shockingly, my entire appointment lasted a mere six minutes, yet I was charged a fee of more than 100 EUR. This clinic's lack of professionalism and subpar treatment is truly disheartening, and I strongly urge you to seek healthcare elsewhere.

I had all my Mutter-Kind-Pass appointments at Woman & Health since the beginning of my pregnancy and also for other relevant tests. I've only had good experience there, and the doctors were understanding and patient in answering and explaining any questions you might have.

I have been to both locations and have always been treated with so much respect, empathy and professionalism. They speak perfect English and always make sure you feel good and are happy with the result. They fit me in for an urgent appointment and helped solve my problems very qickly-- an incredible practice with incredible staff, what can I say. :)

Avoid

Way overpriced for the lack of quality they offer, especially with the appointments booking system. You're not a patient to them, you're just a number and a walking credit card. One time, I took the appointment online and when I went to the clinic the doctor was on holiday... The system didn't register my booking, they said, even though I had the confirmation email. And lately, nobody cared to inform me that I had booked an appointment one month later than what I thought, so when I didn't show up they just charged me with the "no show" fee. Ridiculous. Never going there again.

I have been visiting Woman & Health for my prenatal checkups. The clinic is modern and cozy. Doctors are very friendly and every single time I am treated with professionalism and empathy. I usually go in the morning and the waiting time is short. I won't say that it is cheap but my insurance pays for it so it is not a big concern of mine.

Because of this people I am dying from breast cancer, after the surgeon there in 2011 ignored my concerns of a breast lump and then proceed to charge me 9k for a change of implants and then took pictures of my tissue by after trash it in the garbage without sending them to the labor!!! who does that! sadly i lost the sms i sent to one of those doctors asking for an urgent appotinent terrified of cancer and i could do little to make this woman accountable for her mistake! took me a year to and to travel to another county to find out that indeed i had stage 2 cancer. it has been now 13 years, if i would have had the proper medical attention back them asap i would not be now after more than 10 surgeries dying from metastatic cancer. and to top that, the doctor who treated me all this time let me 1 year and 2 moths without informing me i had a metastasis eating my neck and cervicals. NEVER TRUST ONE DOCTOR,THIS FANCY CLINICS ARE JUST THAT, FANCY

Amazing Clinic. Everyone form the reception staff, to the nurses, Drs and anaesthetists are competent, friendly and compassionate. They handled my situation with absolute kindness, which made the whole situation more bearable. I thoroughly recommend this Clinic.

They have the worst communication and any request u might have ,they’re not even considering it. They treat their patients very rudly.

Since this is a private clinic, you can expect waiting times of under 1 hour! That wasn't the case, which is very annoying!

I was happy about this place a few times in the past, when I went here 2 years ago and had my IUD put in by wonderful doctors here. I Felt very at ease during my procedure here yesterday. The staff were great, I was waiting just a few minutes before they called me into a private room for the consultation, then the procedure happened straight after that. Lots of information was provided, aftercare was good. Pain relief available - Left as soon as I felt steady after the general anaesthetic! Felt comfortable through the whole duration at this Clinic. Very grateful as I was super worried before hand about the procedure and because of the reviews too. Recovery also so far so good.
