The Hotel is nice, but unfortunately it's mismanaged. We woke up in the morning at 7:00 am, and there was no water. The whole hotel had no water from 7:00 to 9:00! The personnel did not even apologize for the inconvenience. When they finally fixed the issue around 9:00 am, which means 2 hours after the issue was reported, , the water coming out of the tab was brown (see picture). So no shower in the morning. We come back in the afternoon and there was water, but not hot. It was barely warm. Once again, the personnel did not apologize, and was not able to fix the issue right away. It took several calls to finally have somebody look into the problem. The Hotel personnel at the reception, excluding a young girl who was very nice, is very incompetent and does not have manners.

All in all ok. Tries to be nicely decorated. All in all clean but bathroom not all the way, shower head needs deeper cleaning so does the mirror and als the little thing you put the soap on. Look t it from the bottom and you'll see. One receptionist exceptional, I believe her name was francesca. :-) shes a keeper hehe. Location nice, for going to the center . Generall AC a bit cool, even with 39 degrees outside i feel guilty going to a room which is freezing and says its 23 degress, which was simply wrong. @ management, you might want to consider. :-) you'll save a couple bucks too.

Lovely decorated hotel, lots of choices at breakfast but unfortunately coffee was only available for special guests. I came down for breakfast and a kitchen staff said hello and left, when I was making myself a plate I realised there is no coffee so I figured there is none available. Pretty shocked to have this happen in Italy. Then when I almost finished with my breakfast, same woman came out of the kitchen and asked people at 2 other tables(and the only ones) if they would like a cappuccino. I was ignored. She brought coffees for them and left. I was checking out on my way to the airport and managed to go somewhere else because I got so upset at that point that asking wasn’t an option. There was no duvet available, only a fleece blanket and the linen were smelly, included every towel in the bathroom. Toilet seat was stained brown all around - unacceptable state not having to replace it but overall the toilet was very clean. The walls are so thin in this hotel, someone was so noisy around midnight, it seemed like they were next to me.

Fab location, few minutes walk to loads of restaurants, hotel is clean and very well maintained. Staff are really friendly and helpful with a warm welcome on arrival, would definitely stay again 😀

An excellent hotel, with great receptionists, clean rooms and a breakfast that includes savoury options. It's centrally located. I booked for two nights and extended for another three. Trapani and its surrounds are scenic and interesting.

Bathroom was unclean, no hot water. No cattle, no email reply

Beautiful hotel without functioning air conditioning

The hotel was beautiful, the decor lovely. However, the three stars is for the very plain breakfast - bread, cheese, yogurt, a few fruits (apple, orange, watermelon) juice and 2 types of cold cuts. You felt like you were eating quite poorly with not a single vegetable (tomatoes, cucumbers) etc in sight. I asked the front desk staff and the response was "oh we haven't tried serving vegetables". Perhaps now is a good time to expand the selection - there is a supermarket right around the corner! The second grievance I have with this hotel is no iron availability. My suitcase was turned upside down at the airport and I couldn't iron a single top. A whole hotel and not a single shared iron available. The staff response "we don't have one because there is no ironing board". Really?! I'll improvise. The walls are also paper thin, you can obviously hear the shower, toilet flushing, walking etc. The construction although minimal can be heard at 7 am. Thought perhaps they could delay until after 9. Overall beautiful hotel with very fixable shortcomings.

Great suite in a beautiful palazzo that has been restored in an excellent manner. The location is very central, good breakfast. Parking is impossible, but the hotel offers valet service.

Lovely, upscale family-run hotel in the historic centre of Trapani. Very tasteful, elegant rooms, good breakfast and courteous approachable staff. Can't go wrong with this place.

The access to this hotel is really hard. No parking close to the hotel, unless you pay 20€/night in private garage that the recepcionist kindly recommends. And you must pay by cash, no credit card is accepted for this payment.

Very nice room. Staff is very helpful from first finding the place and then getting around. Modern feel but in the historic centre. Overall i d recommend it

Great hotel, very conveniently located for the old town. Rooms very clean and quiet. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Valet parking takes the hassle of trying find somewhere to park.
