I arrived late, and the room was 27degrees. It would have been nice if they had switched the airco on to cool the room. Nice breakfast. A 5min walk to the beach.

As it was my first time to stay in Trapani l booked a hotel via Roc's travel agent in Malta , and l must say it was the best choice l made . The hotel is situated near the train and bus stations , that was very convenient, the Hotel staff is friendly and helpful , l was impressed by the cleanliness everywhere , very peaceful no noises , l will recommend this hotel to all the people who likes good breakfast, rooms and public areas clean and kind and friendly staff . Reception are professional people. Love to all from my wife Mary and me Charlie.

Great hotel! Spacious rooms, walkable distance to all major attractions and exceptional customer service. We’ve encountered an issue with electricity in the first room we got assigned, however the hotel staff provided a resolution very quickly and swapped our rooms. They were apologetic and understanding of our needs as well. Whilst nobody likes it when things go wrong, the customer service has been very good. Thank you!

It is an amazing hotel! Very clean, rooms are big and the beds are super comfortable- the shower is very spacious and large. Michaela and marco at the reception were very kind and patient and helped us throught our stay. The location was great, just a couple minutes from all the restaurants and shops. We reccomend you to book the hotel through bb-hotels for a better price. A superb hotel and an incredible experience.

Good bedroom, clean, good location, bad customer service in the reception. Awful breakfast, nothing fresh.

Modern hotel, but down at the heels. Wifi didn't work in our room, neither did the A/C. Black mold surrounds the A/C vent anyway, so maybe that was for the best! Great breakfast, friendly staff, but overall disappointing.

Room was perfect and well kept. All rooms are covered with wireless internet. There is also a lecture room at level - 1.

The hotel was nice, the rooms are big and always clean, the service is good and the bathrooms are nice. The food is excelent. But the hotel could use a little update considering the doorlocks, because if you forget your key in the room, you cannot enter and have to get the spare one at the reception. But this minor flaw aside, the experience was great.

Room was clean, beds were small. Descent place to crash for a night. Close to Centro so we were able to walk from hotel. Peter was very helpful at the front desk. Parking up front and restaurants close by.

Have booked 3 rooms for August. We are located Australia and obviously unable to leave our country due to COVID. Every other hotel we have booked have been amazing and provided a refund, EXCEPT FH Crystal Hotel, very disappointing, as a credit is also useless to us as we can't leave our country. Definitely will not be rebooking here when we finally can travel again.
