We were very happy with the car rental! At first, we were a bit afraid to rent a car at sicily, due to many bad reviews on other rental services. After a long search we found EasyTrapani and we immediately had a good feeling about this company, also due to the many good reviews. Our expectations surely were met, and even exceeded. The pick-up at the airport went very smooth and easy. The employees also were very polite and helpful. Also the car was perfect: we haven't had any problems with driving and even were surprised by some of the technologies implemented in the car. The only sidenote is that the cruise control didn't work, but this also could be my fault / my misunderstanding of the controls. I saw a instruction video at youtube but it didn't work. Furthermore, returning the car also went very smooth. I am absolutely very happy with the service, for a good price, and would recommend EasyTrapani to other people.

Handovering car took max 5 minutes and returning was just leaving the car at parking spot. No need of credit card. The car was 4 years old, clean and in a good condition. 3 childseats were prepared. We rented a car in Catania. The car was different from which we were supposed to get. It was clean and driving but from major things: - dead wipers - fan worked only on highest power - ac didn't work The service provided checked those and told us "it's ok, it's fine". We got info that we could get other car but the day after on which we planned to be around 100km away.
