Una volta ho avuto problemi perché mi entrava l'acqua e ho dovuto aspettare il giorno dopo per sistemare il danno che si fa soprattutto alle persone che affittano e pagano per diversi giorni.... We used this service over a holiday weekend in Marettimo, so it was a bit congested and probably slower than normal, but I happily give it 5 stars because the staff was so helpful and proactive in getting us onto the shuttle and to our destination in time. I highly reccommend taking advantage of the priority shuttle service, which doesn't cost extra and really speeds things along.
