An amazing hotel, so friendly and the hotel is spotlessly clean. It is no trouble for any of the staff to do anything for you. The bar staff are all excellent, especially bar manager Rosario. The entertainment team were exceptional, always ready to meet you with a smile and friendly face. Great food and drinks and in a beautiful setting, with easy access to cefalu . I will definitely be back again.

I read different opinion before our trip, but very satisfied now. Hotel is renovated, personal is very good, food is also good, a bit pure breakfast, but we are here not for eating. Beach is a bit far away, but private and free bus every 15 min. Applause for animation team! So, it's perfect especially for this price.

The best hotel and pool area of any of the locations I have ever visited in over 40 years. They also offer a pizzarear as an alternative to the main restaurant! We went for a week in early October, it was so enjoyable and the weather was fantastic, we will stay for 2 weeks the next time we book!

Lovely modern hotel very clean, but isolated with nothing whatsoever to walk to. Shuttle bus to beach 5 mins away but disappointing.Great for Italian families, definitely would not recommend for English people. On the plus, lovely scenery and places to visit.

It was pleasent as long as you use the only the buffet ... the pizza and the served restaurant are hugely dissapointing. The lack of courtesy at the reception spoils the work of all the others that strive to make it enjoyable for you.

An excellent hotel with great service, both at peak and off peak holiday period. I would heartily recommend this hotel in Sicily and Cefalu in particular.

We had an amazing experience here and we were treated very well by all. The poolside bar staff were so friendly and helpful with all our needs and even taught us a bit of basic Italian. The two gentlemen who organised the entrainment were awesome !! The karaoke 🎤 was super 👌 all in all this was a great family holiday ❤️ thank you to all the staff and of course the chefs 👨‍🍳 the food was bravo 👏 thank you we will return. Cioa

My friend and his wife and my partner and I stayed at this resort just recently. The value just isn't there. We spent over 700 euro for a 3 night stay. Here are the main negatives of our experience: - One elevator was broken and wasn't actively being worked on (and could have been broken for the full year for all I know). So, it was slow to get up/down from our rooms and sometimes was too packed to get into the elevator. - The rooms are spartan and not designed well (e.g. towel hang is behind the shower door, so you can't reach it). - The air conditioning is a joke and barely cools the room down. If you open the sliding glass door to your room, then it automatically cuts off. - There is no sound damping in the hotel since it has no carpet and so the hallways are noisy as well as the floor above. - House keeping tries to come into your room early in the morning, so we had to make sure that we requested a do-not-disturb sign. You have to call for this sign to be put on your door rather than just having the sign already there for you to use. - The water in the hotel tastes like soap / salt and the water offered in a jug is not allowed to fill up your water bottles, so you have to buy plastic water bottles at your cost. - There is no ironing board / iron in the room and when I asked the front desk apparently there is NO IRON in the whole hotel. What hotel these days doesn't have an iron? I assume that Italian guests must know this ahead of time and press everything before they arrive. - There is a "bracelet system" where you have to load up money on the bracelet in order to buy things. Oddly enough, the bracelet isn't used when we wanted to buy wine/beer at the Garden restaurant. The whole thing is gimmicky since you will not get a refund of any amount you put on the bracelet. - Most of the food was lackluster, which for Italy is saying a lot since food is something Italy is known for and what most Italians pride themselves on. One exception was the one night we were granted at the Garden restaurant as part of our all-inclusive package. - The food offering time windows are short, so if you don't rise early, then you won't get breakfast. Oddly enough, dinner is early by Italian standards. - The red wine tastes like vinegar. The white wine is almost passable. Positives: - There is a private beach you can take a bus to and you can have your lunch made available there if you sign up ahead of time. - Pizza was served for free one of the nights later at night. - There is a mini-golf course that was fun. - Water polo games are offered, but I didn't have a chance to sign up. - There is a shuttle over to Cefalu at an additional cost. We had a car, so it wasn't necessary for us. TL;DR Just find an AirBNB for half as much in Cefalu and use the rest of that money to eat at great restaurants in the area. No need to go "all-inclusive".

I was very disappointed!!! Hotel where quick to give you negatives. We arrived late afternoon. We had a bad experience landing an getting to the hotel to find only snacks - toasties! Breakfast, lunch and dinner it was always a mad rush queuing for long period of time. Under cooked - my partner fell Ill caught Pneumonia cause bacteria - from under cooked food. Pool potentially cause it was FREEZING cold!!! My daughter had an accident and was told no Health & Safety!! We was provided sanitiser and cotton wool. Absolute JOKE!!! You have to pay for water (bottled water) You have to go to another bar inside to get water from a pump that’s not stocked up regularly! Pay for more on a wrist band - ice creams furthers snacks or drinks. Not much variety of drinks. We had a crap room smelt mouldy and damp they kindly upgraded us to sea view room the room was nice but we had friends with us (ANTS) all they did was spray them from time to time. Everything was Italian - yes they did at evenings try to translate in English but there where times in day they don’t cater for tourist it’s an Italian holiday - not for other regions an definitely they hate the English!! Kids where bullies!!! Not friendly! The walk from one room to another was bad an electric sockets hanging out the wall. Crap hotel and hope people consider when coming here to please look else where it’s isolated - not much around yes there is a town but it’s run down an it’s awful the beach is a bus ride and it’s black sand not much activities we couldn’t wait to get back on the bus the food served there was meant to be ace but it was the same dig shite!!! Hope you read this - an it causes issues for your hotel guests staying !! I’m that unhappy about how you’ve treated us and handled the situation and not done anything to accommodate! I will write a review every month if have to!!!!

The first thing you are told on arrival is what's not available ie bottled water air conditioning. This Hotel is classed 4 stars its 3 at best. The food is very limited especially the breakfast no cutlery or salt and pepper on tables more like a poor house kitchen . On the plus side the staff we're very good once you had tipped them the routine at the bars was an absolute joke and if you are hooked on cheese and ham toasties this is place for you that the sum amount of the snack bar the pool area was lovely the beach was ok which is accessed by shuttle bus no charge you have to book the beach cafe if you want lunch there . I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone not good value for money .

Brilliant hotel, the room was big and had a lovely view from the balcony. Meals were all delicious and staff were great. Only problem was how it was on the side of a hill and quite secluded. Coach ran regularly to Cefalù (the nearby town) which solved this problem. Swimming pool was FREEZING!!

Hotel is very nice, the pools are also great! However, very little variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Some of the staff make rules up as they go along with the all inclusive drinks which are served in small kids plastic cups. We was ordering 2 at a time as they are so small which was fine but some staff would only serve one drink at a time which are all mainly filled with ice cubes so only ends up having about 100ml of liquid. Some of the staff were rude but a few were very nice and helpful. The rooms were cleaned everyday and they were done to a good standard. There are buses to the beach and Cefalu. Cefalu is a great town to visit with a great beach! Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again due to the food and drinks service but it’s pleasant for a budget holiday.

Huge hotel but not lacking the personal touch at all. That said, we stayed here in October and not at the height of the summer season. Spotlessly clean, lovely, friendly staff. Food is excellent and plentiful. Only drawback is that the hotel is outside of the nearest town, Cefalú and it's not possible to walk anywhere in the evenings. But, a great holiday, nonetheless.

Such a beautiful hotel, the staff here are incredibly friendly and hospitable, it is more aimed towards Italian customers which is perfect to immerse yourself in the culture. However that being said they have written English and the staff are pretty good at it too. The entertainment is even translated it was such a wonderful experience with my family the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pools and baby dance!

I would like to thank all the staff for their wonderful service also a big thank you to Antonio the jet 2 rep who was absolutely fantastic with the help he gave us when my wife was taken I'll could not have done anything without his help would certainly recommend this hotel rooms spacious could do with a kettle in the rooms but apart from that the service was ok also just one thing that I thought was not necessary was only being able to get one drink at a time when I was all inclusive but stupid having to have your wrist band scanned everytime you went to the bar

Large complex, easy access to rooms, food is good, 2 pools, free entry to nearby waterpark (aqua verde) regular bus transfer to hotel's private beach area, great and varied evening entertainnent and staff, especially Michele, Piero and Philippe,. Staff all friendly and helpful, Lots of day trips to choose from but Mount Etna is a Must !

This hotel is actually a very nice hotel, rooms and pool are actually very good. My issue is with the food quality. The main buffet restaurant which is used for lunch and dinner is a large busy place and unfortunately isn’t cut out to offer high standards. The food is left out too long and gets cold, fries get hard and pasta dries out. The offer of salad is basically bags of lettuce tipped into a large tray. At breakfast the fried eggs are cooked in mass quantities so are fused together in one huge lump. They have to be separated like lasagne portions. After 3 days we informed the hotel we would be eating our meals elsewhere and requested to downgrade from our half board basis but was declined. Such a shame as it so easily could have been so much better if they wanted it to be.

Great Place to be, beautiful views and good service, staff is helpful and caring. The rooms are clean and tidy, Air Con in good working order and well balanced, not too cold and not too hot, beds would be better with larger matrices than just 2 combined for one bed. The beach is about 10 minutes by bus and you will need some special shoes as there is not a lot of sand. The water is clean and clear. We've been there at in mid July and the water was nice and warm, whether good and around 31 to 35 Celsius! Kids were happy and entered at the swiming pool during the day and in the evening at the shows hosted by the Hotel Staff. The food was good but not a great variety - but enough to keep you happy. Thinking about the variety of food I think is best not to waste but I had to compare it to others places I have been. Overall a very good holiday, given only 4 stars because there is space for improvement. I do recommend it and I would go back again! Didn't get to visit Cefalu, a Town near by with very good reviews, would do it next time......and the views..... absolutely Awesome 😎👍 !!!

Great hotel. Lovely food. Can be a mad rush for food buffet and breakfast. Kids club and entertainment mostly in Italian and French. And starts at 10, 9 for kids club so a little late. Rooms were spacious, but can hear neighbours in bathroom. Hotel has great bus connections to their beach and to Cefalu, parks outside bus/train station for Palermo. Overall, a enjoyable holiday, swimming pools are excellent and it's great for kids as they can swim in any pool.

Great place, friendly staff. Dinner is also very good, at least two different fish dishes every evening. Rugs in the hallways are a bit old, rooms could use some carpets as well, but overall the place is very good. Room cleaning is perfect, regular change of tolwel and bed sheets. Internet was fine as well.

If I could rate each service independently, I would, dinning was excellent, outdoor recreational facilities were terrific, and customer service was... Okay. However, the accommodations were lacking. When we started to settle down for the night we quickly discovered that the AC was not working. At max settings, it couldn't even compete with the mini-fridge that was in the room. It took three trips to the front desk before they sent someone to our room. The technician then proceeded to turn it off and back on, gave us thumbs up, chatted with the front desk and left. I went back to the front desk and asked for a new room, so they were kind enough to move us to the room next to us, which was hotter than our current one. But, I took the staff's advice and waited for 45 minutes for the place to cool down, after an hour of sweating I went back to the front desk and asked again for a new room. This time they were not interested in moving us again and told me the AC was functioning correctly. We spent the night sweating profusely with a 15-month-old who finally cried himself to sleep around 3 am. When I checked with the main desk at 6 am to see if another room is available, they asked why and were unaware of the incidents from the night before. I asked a second time for a new room or someone to fix the AC, the response was "there were no ongoing AC issues" and "they had no more rooms available." When they refused to move us, I asked for a refund. When the hotel refused to provide a refund, we checked out early and decided to settle this with the travel agency. Magma Travel informed me we were not going to receive a refund because the hotel told them they offered us a room with functional AC (which they didn't). The travel agency said that out of 22 families, 8 or 9 had to be moved between 3-4 different rooms before they found working AC... Additionally, we received a call from Magma Travel around noon, notifying us that the hotel was able to resolve our AC issue. So we should have gone out to the beach, see the local area, or other things, ignoring the fact that the 5 of us slept for less than 3 hours at that point and were not feeling good. This was further used against us as a means to deny our refund, which has led me to reach out to Chase to dispute this payment based on unsatisfactory service and either side not being entirely truthful with the other. BLUF: Everything was amazing except the hotel accommodations, also not all the staff was will to help us solve the issue.

Very good facility. The dinner food was excellent. I would like to thank particularly Franco Mineo: very good care of allergies & amiabiality. Thanks also to Emanuele Santoro for his outstanding service in the restaurant. The rest of hotel service was not bad or exceptional.
