The worst fish couscous ever. A lot of couscous and just a little piece of fish and 2 clams. And if you're a tourist, they'll rip you off with the bill. 4 of us, 2 couscous dishes split among 3 of us, 1 grilled fish with potato, 2 bottle of water, 1 liter of wine, 1 limoncello: 76.00 euros.

The food is great, and most local residents visit there. It's not a fine dining place but does offer nice food.

We had the most amazing dinner here while visiting Trapani. The food was very authentic. We loved the fried calamari and busiate with trapanese pesto. The place was very charming and we loved that you got to see the kitchen and watch them cooking. The owner was so nice and fun!!

I think the prolific recommendations for this place are for a pre-COVID version of the experience. As-is the food is underwhelming. Would skip.

The food is good, specially the pasta a la norma. Apart from that, everything bad. We sat at 10pm, and we ordered ten minutes later one big beer bottle, one big water bottle, a salad and two pasta dishes. After 20 minutes,we received one beer, but not the ordered one, a small one explaining that the big one was not cold; five minutes later,the closer table received one big beer bottle (probably because I don't speak italian). At 23:10 we received the two pasta dishes. Salad and water never appeared. We asked for the receipt, and it was included the water,the salad, a big beer bottle. After explaining,we only paid for the pasta and for the service, they accepted it with angry face. It's a pitty,because I had readen really good reports of this restaurant, but I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Delicious selection of antipasti! Recommend to get the mixed plate to share. The service was friendly and sympathetic. We visited on what seemed to be quite a busy night and were happy to be sat inside without a reservation. Unfortunately, there was only one big bottle of beer left for us, after that we received small Heineken bottles, which was disappointing for us. The couscous was delicious and I would recommend to try it with the tasty brodo.

It's a really nice place to eat simple local food. The fish was really fresh. The waiters were really really welcoming and helpful. Strongly suggest cous cous and the semifreddo as a dessert.

Very delicious food. Place full of locals which is a good sign. Fresh seafood, amazing Trapani pasta, delicious desserts. Staff and owner are super friendly and fun. Went there twice, never disappointed. Book a table in advance, otherwise hard to get to :) P.S. Arora and Andy :))

One of the best place to eat in Trapani. The place is really simple but nice. We had an "antipasto fella casa" that was more than enough for two and really really good and one first course each that was also really good. Half liter of white wine (della casa), coffee and of course bread all for 20 euros each

Excellent no frills kinda place. Food is very delicious. Near the ferry terminal.

This place is just a joke. We made reservation one day before, but they didn't have any table for us, so I need to help waiter to pick up one table from inside of restaurant. We have waited 20 minutes to get menu, next 30 minutes to get wine, next 40 minutes to get starter and second dish. At the end it was problem to pay the bill, because "boss took car and left restaurant". Don't waste here time. Whole restaurant need to get training how to work with customer. The worst ever experince in restaurant. There are better places in Trapani to eat!

Hilariously had the same problem as Karol. Booked a table the day before, walked 20 minutes to the restaurant only to discover they didn’t have our reservation and I’m pretty sure the waiter wanted me to help him carry a table outside as well. Swiftly left to find another place to eat.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!! Amazing hospitality of Tiziano and his father, they host their guests superfriendly! they first offer wine and then suggest for the best fish of the day. I advice the pesto and vongole busiata, the melanzane and tuna busiata and, as a second course the grilled fish. they offered us passito and coffee, as they usually do with their beloved guests. it was a very sicilian familiar experience, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!
