Wonderful stay in this new hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and modern. The hotel is well located, Close to Erice and has lots of parking. The view from the hotel is one of the best views we have had on our trip around Sicily. The reason for Four stars and not Five in my brief review was because of the breakfast. It was served in a very dull room which did not allow you to enjoy the view. The food was very basic with little Choice and there was no way to get a real coffee (no espresso machine).

The location is spectacular, with great views in the rooms facing the sea. The hotel is new and very clean. The pool is small but refreshing. Breakfast was good, and they kindly made us hardboiled eggs on demand. The only negative: They charge 2.50 euros for pool towels and make you wear bathing caps in the outdoor pool, which is swarmed with bees. There was no email confirmation sent. Very curious why there were barely any guest as it's clean, new and good service. Highlight was greetings from Benito the hotel mascot.

Worst hotel we have ever been to. Old and derelict structure. Both phone and heating not functional in the room. Outright dirty. Made some nauseous discoveries under the bed. Staff ignorant, blatantly rude, unhelpful and clueless. Worst breakfast in a hotel in Italy (25 years of travel and 17th visit to Sicily). They ask for a 25 euro fee to access the pool. They also did renegade on the agreed booking price. Dubiously managed and owned. Verging on safety hazard. Stay away.

Perfect for a small gelato-stop on the way to Erice! Very helpful staff. Patio cafe area has a truly amazing view!
