No.1 worst worst hospital in Bologna..... Lot of waiting to consult a doctor....minimum12hrs per person to consult a doctor. If they are treating like this....all the patients will die before consulting doctor... This hospital will pay for this.. Worst hospital" Ospedale Maggiore". Lazy doctors ..24hrs lazy.... hospital...... Still waiting for doctor from 14hrs.... My small suggestion to all patients and frds....please don't go to this hospital.." Ospedale Maggiore"... Please don't waste your time... Please find another hospital for all problems..

if you're not local you will be placed to end of queue... waited for 6 hours for help with a high temperature and our queue didn't came... wasn't able to get even pills to reduce temperature... so left without any help

Terrible warzone with a female doctors who was very un polite and shouting at people. Waiting for 7 hours with problems heart. They could not cope with the crowd and to many sick elderny patiënts not separate from non covid!!!! They entterence the hospital treu the same waiting room. No cardiologist. Male dokter was well trained. Female doctor was shouting and did not follow up the agreement fro the male doctor who left his shift. For me it was a traumatic experience. Also because most staff does not speak English. Felt unsafe because they did not monitor vital functions. Totally chaos there yesterday. I am also a medico. I will never go back to this place. Also the report ws not correct and the docotr did not tell their names. So I do not know who did see me. not professional.

Avoid. They think it’s an advanced hospital, but apart from the intensive care, the rest is dangerous. Very unpolite and arrogant personnel.

Excellent service from the ophthalmology department, friendly and competent staff

4 hours of waiting without attendance of any doctor. We left the emergency unit because they told us to wait 8 more hours. For friends and family, there is no waitinf space inside. Not near the injured, not anywhere. Have to wait on the parking deck

Very good hospital equipped with all latest equipments .This is my personal experience because two times I admitted here after accident and influence. Both the times i feel that nothing will happen to me , I m in safe hands. What I observed that the Doctor's as well as hospital staff fully devoted and dedicated for caring the patient s. Hats off to their spirit, sincerity, and punctuality

Waiting 10 hours with Codice verde was a bit too much but, consider Italy has the free sanitary system with competent medical teams. Now I understand how much they work and try to help people. Thanks for all doctors and nurses from Ospedale maggiore!

Worse service .. my brother had accident and injurd we wait more than 4 hours for our turn... very stupid service pronto sccorso is just a name no emergency dealing here

The hospital is very dirty. The collection point is disorganized, they don't give the number based on the appointment but based on the order of arrival, so you find yourself at the appointment time with still 30/40 people before you, who instead would have an appointment after you . The staff is nice, but I have never found such a dirty hospital.

I've visited here many times and once been hospitalised for 5 days. It's amazing place where many people speak English. All the staff (including lower staff) have friendly attitude. High quality doctors. My experience with other hospitals and doctor appointments in Italy is very different from this place.

Parking is a problem, uphill entrance ramp not ideal for elderly people with mobility problems, very crowded, go in good time so as not to be late

Little professionalism and competence... at least as regards the following plans: 6/10/12... The operators and IPs are always very grumpy and unprofessional.. (especially the oss.. they believe they have arrived "I don't know where..) Second terrible experience.. I highly recommend Sant'Orsola... another level of staff and preparation

Recently operated on Orthopedics on the 8th floor, excellent, prepared and helpful staff. Excellent welcome. Equally excellent operating room doctors and nurses.
