    Gets a bit too hot in the summer with only fans and not enough. Has plenty of equipment but also a busy gym during peek hours.

    Did Crossfit with Sarah and it was AWESOME! She took her time demonstrating the moves and had patience to show me several times to ensure I performed the moves properly. Thanks Sarah!

    It's a gym. I wish they had more equipment. Great at certain times of day, but packed at others. Showers are decent. Would love to have an indoor track for the winter.

    Decent gym. It’s missing a lot of critical machines, there is not a lot of dumbbells but other than that it’s not too bad. It’s super dirty in some areas 🤷🏽‍♀️ but you can get a good workout in if there is not a lot of people there.
