Whenever you ask her about something she answer in a disrespectful way, there's no help at the reception if you ever needed something ! Crowded to the maximum between 6 pm and 10 pm, thumbs down, never hitting that gym again 👎

There is no hygiene, showers out of service since last two months , the price is very high , The blonde girl at the reception is veryyy arrogant !!! Extremely irresponsible and rude reception, be very careful when registering and carefully read the entire contract, they are extremely thieves and lie very easily, and after signing the contract, no one answers, the customer service is very poor, the girls who working there are very rude and impudent.

I moved abroad November last year and I contacted them to cancel my contract as it's established in the clauses. They emailed me back with all the conditions that I followed and attached in every single one of my emails. Today, I'm still waiting for response and someone that is capable to do a job. My last mail was the 20th Jan 2021. However, they suspended my payments and kept prolongating my contract. This is the worst customer service that I've experienced in my life. I'm so disappointed with their service and I would not recommend this gym to anyone, especially if you're not planning to live in Italy forever.

extremely crowded which makes it almost impossible to train in peak hours. dumbells and weights are scattered which wastes your training time to find one. But on the other hand the gym is open in the weekend which is a huge advantage

It is the gym with best cost-get radio. It provides promotion periodically. The price is only the half comparing with other gym. The decorations inside is very oriental. The stuff there is very friendly and helpful. The only issue is that it is always too crowded inside. Since the gym is big enough, even though it is already very crowded, you won't wait for a long time for a training equipment. The problem is the shower place. I don't know the case for the ladies. In men's case, there are only 5 place. So when you come at a wrong time, you will wait for the shower place for a long time. Also they should clean the shower place more often.

Very nice gym, great setting and they have all the machines you can wish for. But, it is incredibly busy, and very often you need to wait a while before the machine you need becomes available, which can be a problem. Overall, also considering how cheap it is, I would recommend it.

I'm not gonna renew my subscription and I'm done with public gyms. *Basically it's near impossible to find a not crowded time frame *Place has a giant HVAC system, but they don't utilize it, the air in the gym is so heavy and scented with sweat of the people, any time I go there, I regret it. *Staff lacks basic human relations etiquette *No one really monitor how people use the weights, so it's usually untidy, equipments malfunctions are regular. *The card system used for lockers are the worst. *Only plus side of this place is its location.

It's open in these days. and location of that Gym Is very good .Just back of big Engineering institute. I recommend that one.

Nice commercial center, average prices & quality. Good food court contain main fast food restaurants. You can take the metro to reach it

In my opinion, best gym in town! The monthly fee is affordable, everything is available in the gym, from different machines to cardio classes, and the locker rooms are really clean. (+ the gym is super pretty).

Very good looking gym, but it lacks low weight dumbbells. You can find a few lower than 12kg, which means is more oriented to advanced members

Everything is perfect about this gym except it's too crowded afternoon between 7 to 9pm
