    Well I started my experience by being treated very rudely and poorly by the receptionist staff. Then I had my wallet and headphones stolen out of my locked locker. With the way the staff treated me I would not be surprised if my wallet was stolen by the staff them self. Over a 1000 euro of stuff stolen including my gym partners wallet. Definitely would not recommend this gym to anyone.

    Some staff members are blatantly rude, like S., who always ignores, and some trainers. They only have one water fountain which is often broken, and if you want to use the others, YOU HAVE TO PAY (I had to get water from the TAP).     Before I start my comment I should note I'm still a member of this club and that's a super honest and objective comment. No offence to any one. Firstly, All they care about is your money and at the end offer you nothing but bunch of courses and sauna. They ask for 120 euro / month + 200 euro for the registration. One of the most expensive gyms but the gym quality is very low meaning of equipment and limited space. Let me explain, crunch space is not well air conditioned and has a very low ceiling (185 cm) one can easily hit his head to ceiling. There is not enough weight for training chest, I counted there is only 6x20kg, 8x10 kg, and little pieces of kilos for 4 bench desk, are they kidding? and the rest of the gym is extremely dense with machines, you can easily hit another while working out, another funny thing is when you register they promise to give you towels, but they have a very funny way of delivering it, when you enter you need to give a paper print card to entrance so that they know you get a towel, and when you leave you should ask for your paper printed card back. kidding me? they already have electronic cards, is it hard to mark the card as towel given and then mark it back towel brought back. if you're in this area of Milan and you want to go to a gym near by your house, you don't have a better alternative, one can go to health city however it is shitty too. so don't think I'm promoting health city, so if you're in this area, you'll probably end up giving 1200 euro / year to a very low quality gym experience. just one good thing about the getfit is this sauna and hot tub, if you're not a real gym beast but you like some boiled water, that might be the perfect gym for you. however if you're a beast and all care about is working out hard and taking a shower, that's not for you, did i mention they don't even have shampoo in the bathroom. so sorry for you guys, welcome to real world.

    I am very dissapointed by this gym from the first moment I entered it. Since I am a foreigner, getting a gym membership was so complicated than you can not imagine. They called me all the times, asked menay questions, they were so demanding on my way of payment. In my contact it is written that I should pay every 9th in the month but they withdraw money later and if there's no money (e.g. once till 20th they did not took it, so I acidently cashed out money on cash mashine) they started stalking me to pay it back for that month with the interest, but they sent a company to stalk me (which never said that they are working for the getfit, and they were stalking my friend who garanteed for me because he's emlpyed in Italy, and I as a student can not have monthly membership). So, the called him and sent letters in Italian and were both foreigners so for the whole month we did not understand what's going on. I went to the gym and ask once I got suspicious and they told me that another company is managing payments and they did not even want to bother to explain to that company to stop stalikng me and my friend (calling from different numbers on daily basis to threaten and ask for money) when I said that I am more than willing to pay if tehy could send me instructions in English. As Bocconi finance student, I can say that people managing paying policy are so unprofessional and have no education. (I'm trying hard not to call them idiots) I got memebrship here just because I could not find better gym in the area, but I'll go away as soon as my contract expires.

    To start off the front desk was extremely rude & not helpful at all on my first day to this gym as I do not speak Italian. If you are looking to do any type of workout with some breathing space and to move freely this is not the gym, let alone the Suanas are completely disgusting! it almost looks as if the cold baths have not been cleaned in weeks!!! Secondly after a very hot low space capacity no air conditioning workout I come back to my locker which was locked open with my belongings rumbled around & wallet stolen! The staff did nothing to do to help me & simply told me that since I had signed “the paper” it’s not their fault whatever happened. They did nothing in my favour to help compensate my loss! Highly do not recommend this gym to anyone
