Sehr gutes Hotel in Alcamo das was wir uns vorgestellt hatten. Service und Qualität sowie Personal super. Wir sind sehr begeistert von dem Angebot. Hotel ist zentral um ein Rundreise der Region Trapani zu erkunden.

Volle Empfehlung! Sehr sehr nettes Personal, sehr gutes Essen, alles wie beschrieben. 😍 fast schon familiärer Umgang. Yasmine ist ein super freundlicher Kellner. Er hat uns die sizilianischen Spezialitäten gezeigt und alles auf der Karte für uns übersetzt. Er ist so freundlich! gerne jederzeit wieder. Die Essensportionen sind groß, ich habe es kaum geschafft. Das Essen war unglaublich gut. Wir waren zur selben Zeit da wie Julian Ullrich (Siehe unterer Kommentar) und können seine Behauptungen keineswegs bestätigen. Im Gegenteil. Die Gäste waren alle sehr freundlich. Es ist ein super Hotel 😊 Das Fitnessstudio sowie die dachterrasse sind wunderschön. Danke für diese schöne Woche! 😍😍

A hidden gem. You'd never know from the outside what splendor lies within. Ancient bulding with cutting edge accommodations & amenities. Very nice breakfast buffet. A wonderful experience. Lovely staff. Grazie mille!

A pleasent surprise in the city of Alcamo! Highly recommended for stay or dining!

The hotel is centrally located close to top cafes and restaurants. Very clean. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. A huge thank you to the ladies at the reception desk Elisa, Esmeralda and Valeria. They made us feel very special.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Hotel Centrale in Alcamo. The rooms were comfortable and everything was designed and arranged perfectly. The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff were excellent, especially Valeria who was so responsive and helpful. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to and from Palermo airport. The restaurant serves fine meals for lunch and dinner, and of course serves Bianco Alcamo wine! The hotel is located right in the historic center of the city, as implied by the name, and all of the sights are within walking distance. I will definitely stay at the Hotel Centrale again on my next visit to Alcamo and warmly recommend it to any fellow travellers.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel, gute Küche, angenehme Atmosphäre

Sehr geehrte Gäste des Hotels, Vor der Anreise war ich noch zufrieden, bis ich das Zimmer betrat. Ich fragte mich sofort, woher die vier Sterne kommen, denn davon konnte ich nichts sehen. Die vier Sterne hab ich nur jeden Abend am Himmel gesehen. Das „Gym“ war eine völlige Katastrophe und nicht so wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Die Maschine hat so laut gequetscht, sodass ich danach mit Gehörschaden den Container verließ. Abgesehen davon, dass das Laufband funktionierte, konnte man es sehr schwer bedienen. Als ich mich auf die Hantelbank lag, hatte ich Angst davor, dass das Gestell für die Hantel einstürzt. Es wird groß mit Spa & Wellness posiert, jedoch muss man dafür 40€ pro Stunde bezahlen. Eindeutig Zuviel! Zudem war ich sehr verstört von den Bildern, die überall hingen. Nackte Frauen? Was soll ich damit anfangen!? Als ich in dem Hotel war, waren auch sehr unfreundliche Gäste vorhanden. Diese haben uns sehr böse angeguckt und auch mit uns böse geredet. Das Frühstück konnte man zwar gut essen, allerdings gab es fast nur Kuchen. Die Brötchen waren wie alt und das Toastbrot war fast wie Zwieback. Der Fahrstuhl war ein Klappergestell in die Wände sind fast auseinander gefallen. Ich hatte bei jeder Fahrt Angst um mein Leben. Zum Glück habe ich es aber überlebt. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiter empfehlen, wenn man ein schreckliches Abendteuer erleben möchte. Bis nie wieder.

Its a nice place, very quiet, but if you want some fun you will need to rent a car or something because bar restaurants and the beach is far. The best part was the boat trip, it worth its money

A decent place to stay. big enough rooms with all amenities at reasonable rates. good choice for business travellers. there is a square few metres aways and can take a nice stroll too.

Central location. Staff very friendly but with limited English. Continental breakfast not amazing, plenty of food but you are limited in choice. Stayed 1 night in room 103 but asked to move to a with brighter room with balcony (102) which the staff responded to really quickly and with no fuss. Rooms are nice and big with adequate storage space. Bathrooms had the essentials including hair dryer and unlimited hot water. Nice place to stay with great places to eat in walking distance

Friendly staff. Nice room with fab 3 way shower. Need to make guest areas for meals less formal and have flowers and fruit and background music. Feel very like being at school meals! Bed very comfortable and staff try help with queries 're travel etc

Rooms are big and very clean, staff really gentle, they even offered us a glass of wine for dinner, which was delicious (at an excellent quality/price ratio). If you are visiting Sicily, this stay is a must! Customer experience at its finest
