After
visiting
several
health
and
fitness
retreats,
I
find
Tuscan
Fitness
is
one
of
the
only
ones
that
has
helped
me
achieve
my
fitness
goals
in
the
shortest
amount
of
time,
with
the
most
amount
of
fun,
and
maintained
the
results
long
after
as
well.
The
program
is
based
on
a
wholesome
well
balanced
diet,
each
dish
so
unique
and
delicious,
one
does
not
get
the
feeling
they
are
eating
"healthy".
The
program
is
extremely
well
designed
to
suit
all
fitness
levels
and
with
the
perfect
mix
of
yoga,
circuit
training,
and
hiking,
giving
your
body
a
total
workout
taking
your
strength
and
endurance
levels
to
a
whole
new
level.
The
hotel
setting
is
just
magnificent
and
breath
taking
in
the
middle
of
Chianti;
I
couldn't
wait
for
the
next
hike
to
explore
the
region
whilst
working
out.
After
visiting
Tuscan
Fitness
last
year,
I
not
only
managed
to
participate
in
a
100
mile
bike
marathon,
but
could
finish
it
with
a
smile
on
my
face.
I
have
never
had
such
a
fun
time
losing
weight,
feeling
healthy
and
getting
stronger;
Alix
and
the
team
are
so
personable
and
flexible
to
suit
each
clients
needs
helping
them
to
leave
smiling
and
having
a
truly
remarkable
experience.
