Let
me
start
by
saying,
this
is
the
first
ever
gym
experience
in
my
life.
Tony
and
another
gym
worker
came
into
my
workplace
offering
a
free
membership
to
one
of
us.
I
proceeded
to
head
into
the
gym
on
May
10th
to
check
it
out.
It
seemed
like
a
super
cool
place.
Tony
then
proceeded
to
ask
me
what
I’d
pay
for
personal
training.
I
never
came
in
to
get
personal
training.
I
responded
with
I
didn’t
know.
He
told
me
they
could
do
2000
something
for
a
year
or
200
for
a
month.
I,
being
a
person
bad
at
saying
no,
said
I’d
try
it
for
the
month.
I
did
not
sign
anything.
The
charge
posted
on
May
12th.
On
June
1st,
not
even
a
month
since
the
last
charge,
I
received
a
pending
charge
for
another
$200.
I
originally
only
wanted
to
do
a
month
but
thought,
“Hey,
I’m
learning
stuff.
Let’s
just
do
one
more
month.
I
don’t
want
the
hassle
of
dealing
with
a
refund”.
The
first
time
I
went
in
the
gym
that
month,
I
told
them
I
no
longer
wish
to
continue
personal
training.
They
told
me
they
would
take
care
of
it.
Come
July
1st
and
I
get
another
$200
charge
from
them.
I
immediately
call
them
and
ask
for
a
refund.
I
was
told
to
contact
billing
through
email.
I
sent
them
an
email
that
same
day
(July
1st).
I
never
got
any
response.
I
proceeded
to
send
2
more
emails
throughout
the
month
to
no
response.
I
asked
Tony
at
the
gym
about
my
refund,
and
he
told
me
billing
would
contact
me
that
day.
I
still
have
yet
to
receive
one
email
from
them
(other
than
their
promotions).
I
called
my
bank
to
make
sure
signature
fitness
could
no
longer
charge
my
card
any
future
transactions.
Come
August
1st
and
I
get
another
$200
charge
from
them
under
a
slightly
different
name.
I
now
have
had
to
cancel
my
debt
card
and
will
have
to
dispute
this
second
(technical
3rd)
unwanted
charge
from
them.
When
calling
them,
they
told
me
I’m
in
a
year
and
a
half
agreement
til
December
2023,
but
conveniently
couldn’t
find
said
agreement.
I
just
want
my
money
back.
The
gym
itself
is
a
nice
and
clean
place.
The
trainers
are
really
cool
and
knowledgeable.
The
billing
sucks.
If
you
plan
on
canceling
anything
here,
good
luck.
EDIT:
They
have
finally
emailed
me
this
form
I
“signed”.
I
have
never
seen
it
before
in
my
life.
It
has
a
digital
signature
with
no
date.
The
form
is
also
listed
as
last
being
edited
or
saved
yesterday
at
5:30.
It
also
has
an
address
I
have
not
lived
at
for
almost
2
years.
I
have
never
touched
any
computer
in
that
gym
to
digitally
sign
anything.
My
personal
trainer,
while
I
was
at
Signature
Fitness
Club,
confirmed
to
me
I
never
signed
anything.
They
have
forged
a
digital
signature
for
me.
This
company
is
literal
trash.
