Very helpful staff. Renato was super polite and accommodating to our kids. We also got free parking. The rooms are dated but definitely a decent offer for the price.

Nick room, friendly staff and a very good breakfast.

Reasonable rooms and facility compared the pricing but I found the front desk staff might be more friendly then they were since I never seen they smiled once. There were plenty of activity and restaurant around. We found statue of liberty and bowling place nearby. I heard first floor rooms are more comfortable then others.

Extremly bad hotel. I would not recommend. Picture of hotels room do not correspond to reality. We asked at reception desk where is a room from picture and they told us that they have only two such rooms.

Nice friendly staff, managed to check in early and leave our car in the carpark to enable us to enjoy Palermo for the day. Room is quite large compared to most we've stayed in.

The location of the hotel is safe and residential. The staff were very kind and accommodating to our requests. We got a room on the 11th floor and oh boy. One of the best sunrises I’ve seen. Breakfast has a large selection of savoury and sweet stuff. The furniture is dated but beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The only necessary update I would make is mosquito nets to the windows. We explored around the area with morning walks and we found parks, nice cafes, bakeries and a great wineshop in less than 10 mins walking distance.
