De hecho, suele ser casi imposible poder saltar a la comba sin molestar a nadie. El gimnasio es bastante pequeño y se nota bastante la falta de espacio (aunque eso ya lo sabía cuando decidí apuntarme). En general, si quieres hacer circuitos de full body, por ejemplo: series de dominadas, fondos, trx, squats con pesas rusas y planchas en el suelo... Te resulta casi imposible porque entre ejercicio y ejercicio o bien te han quitado la máquina para usar los fondos, o se ha puesto alguien a estirar debajo del TRX o de la barra de dominadas o ya no tienes sitio para hacer las sentadillas. Ahora los Pros: El resto, está ok. Bastante variedad de mancuernas y máquinas bastante bien cuidadas. Buen ambiente, tranquilo y respetuoso (aunque a veces hay gente con la mascarilla bajada o sin mascarilla, pero no es lo más usual). Si tu entrenamiento se basa en pesas y máquinas te puede resultar interesante. Vestuarios individuales, diferentes clases y horario amplio para poder entrar a las instalaciones. El precio no es desorbitado, pero sí un poco por encima del barateo de otros Gyms, aunque creo que es justo. En cuanto a los monitores y profesionales que trabajan allí, es un servicio que no he usado ya que me hago mis propias rutinas. No tengo opinión al respecto porque no los he usado, al igual que las clases que se imparten. En resumen, no estoy descontento porque ya sabía todo antes de apuntarme, pero es algo molesto. Tienes que ir moviéndote según entrenas para no molestar o parar tu ritmo hasta que te dejen una pesa rusa, etc... Llevo varios meses allí y, simplemente fue la opción que encontré cerca de mi casa, con horario amplio, vestuarios decentes y algo de equipamiento, con sus Pros y sus Contras.

Son muchos años en este gimnasio y no he encontrado nada mejor. Excelente ubicación, instalaciones y el personal muy atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudarte. ¡Espero estar en Anytime Fitness Abastos por muchos años más!

I have been an ATF user since before coming to Valencia but because of these facilities I would unsubscribe as soon as I could, they seem to me to be the worst franchise facilities I have ever been to. In short: small spaces, the assistance and attention leaves a lot to improve and for what they charge they save a fortune on air conditioning because it would seem more like a sauna than a gym. The experience of going to train is torture in a space like this.
