The place is nice to visit unfortunately you cannot walk on it anymore. It is nice to have a look but there is not so much to do there. The beach close to Scala dei Turchi is kind off small not sure that's the best place to swim. Anyway I guess you have to see it if you are in the area it is still impressive. This is free to go there no entrance fees.

To be honest I would recommend to visit this only if you are passing by and have some spare time. Especially now when you are not able to physically go on the “stairs” it is not worth it. This is my personal opinion of course.

Nice view on the white cliff. Too bad that they don't allow going close to the wall anymore.

Beautiful rock formation Just park on the road, not in the parking lot where they will charge you 5€

Overall, Scala dei Turchi is a captivating destination for nature enthusiasts, history buffs, and anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of the Sicilian coast. Its surreal landscape, turquoise waters, and historical charm make it a must-visit location that will leave you in awe of Mother Nature's wonders.

Must see place to visit, lovely golden sandy beach and the incredible Scala dei Turchi (white, glossy limestone cliffs). Easy parking and lots of places for food & drink

I had the pleasure of visiting Scala dei Turchi, and the experience left me in awe of nature's beauty. This stunning white limestone cliff, situated along the coast of Realmonte in Sicily, Italy, is a true marvel. As I approached the Scala dei Turchi, the contrast between the brilliant white rock and the deep blue Mediterranean Sea took my breath away. The natural erosion has created smooth, undulating curves on the cliff's surface, resembling a grand staircase that leads down to the crystal-clear waters below. One of the highlights of my visit was ascending to the top of the cliffs, where I was rewarded with panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. The vantage point allowed me to appreciate the scale of Scala dei Turchi and the intricate patterns etched by the elements over time. Exploring the unique geological formations was a joy, and I found myself captivated by the textures and shapes that make Scala dei Turchi so distinctive. The sensation of walking on the soft, chalky surface added to the surreal experience. The beach at the base of the cliffs provided a perfect spot to relax and soak in the Mediterranean sun. The clear water invited me for a refreshing swim, and the juxtaposition of the bright white cliffs against the azure sea created a picturesque backdrop for memorable moments. Scala dei Turchi is not just a geological wonder; it's also a testament to the beauty and power of nature. Whether you're a nature enthusiast, a beach lover, or someone seeking a unique and tranquil escape, Scala dei Turchi is a must-visit destination that will leave you with lasting memories of its breathtaking beauty.

Don’t go to the main drop off point. Look for Trattoria del pesce by the beach and visit the Scala dei Turchi from there. Drop by the trattoria while there, left gets you to the steps. Original one is closed so you can’t traverse anywhere

D.h man darf evtl. Nicht auf diesen herum klettern. Leider war etwas müll da, verhältnismäßig aber eher wenig. Nehmt bitte was von dem Müll mit wenn ihr da entlang spaziert;-) Hin da und genießen.

Absolutely stunning...would deserve 5 stars but needs better parking and vista area could be more beautiful to stop and enjoy with some bigger shade producing trees and more areas for viewing safely

Nice clean sandy beach with food and drinks around. The water is not deep even going far from the shore. A beach suitable for kids. During summer, lots of people park on the street instead of in the paid parking. If you choose the parking lot, the fee is 6 euro for the first 4 hrs and 10 euro for the day. Depending on the parking, you might have a few minutes walk to go to the escalator that brings you to the beach. The escalator is free. Otherwise, You can opt for a tuktuk at 3euro per adult (children is free) per way that brings you directly from the parking to the beach

Beautiful spot! A little tricky to find parking but we got lucky and found one on the road otherwise there are some pid spots. The view from both sides is really lovely. See it from above and down near the water, and nice spot for a swim, few bars selling drinks etc.

Beautiful views and nice beach with beachbars and cafes scattered. Parking pretty easy and reasonable. €6 for 4 hours. Water was warm. Wasn't busy as we were there in the late afternoon. I understand that may have been unusual.

Scala dei Turchi, located on the southern coast of Sicily, is a breathtaking natural wonder that offers a unique and unforgettable experience for visitors. This stunning cliff formation is characterized by its striking white limestone cliffs and stair-like formations, creating a mesmerizing spectacle against the backdrop of the azure Mediterranean Sea. Scala dei Turchi is easily accessible, and there are well-maintained paths and stairs that lead visitors to different vantage points. Although the area was restricted during my visit so i had to stay away from the rocks. Nevertheless its a must visit.

A really nice rock wall and definitely worth a visit (if you find a good parking spot). The wind is very strong, so be careful. Unfortunately, the area was fenced off, so I had to stay a short distance away from the rocks.

I can see why the Turks / Arabs came here to pillage and plunder in the past and what a great place to it, like an ancient lovely white stairway to what ever you want. With lovely beaches surrounding it, they probably went for a wee dip too.

Traveling through Sicily, the Turkish Steps actually turned out to be worth a visit. They can be seen from above and accessed from the eastern side. - without payments. In the second half of November it was perfect - no crowds. I recommend.

You cant go to the dtairs directly. So you can watch from away only. Beach is not good for swimming. I don't like this place much. Lot of people, expensive parking. I do not recommend sadly. It looks nice on photos. Thats true.
