Friendly at the beginning but when we offered to pay for the 2 days of use and asked him to refund the rest of our money (all of which we had to pay upfront). The older man got incredibly angry, shouted and threatened with the police. On the final day, he took the scooter from our hotel without telling us, leaving us to think it had been stolen. Avoid at all costs. Con-man. There’s a friendlier rental place up the road on the left. We have severe back pain from this scooter. There is no refund policy or terms in the contract. They make it up for profit to suit them. We offered additional money for any inconvenience, they refused. We had the scooter for 6 days and were due to return midday 29.7.22 (rented midday 23.7.22). They took it on 28.7.22 without any notification.

We rent a car here and I think it was the best decision. For 60 euros we had a car for whole day without any deposit. We receive the car at our b&b and get lift back to it. Very good communication. Fully recomend! :)

There are other bike rental companies nearby with a better selection of bikes and cheaper, around 40 eur. I would avoid this company, don’t let them ruin your experience as they did to us.

The staff is super nice and they gave us very useful tips and information. The bike was perfect for exploring the Saline!

Massimo made my trip to Sicily one of the most beautiful experience which I’ve ever had during my traveling. My scooter was prepared in front of the airport of Trapani and at the end of renting there was no problem to flexibly leave it at the airport too. Price is good, by cash - such a great advantage. I nearly rented a bike to explore the salt pans on my own, but I'm so glad I went with Alena and Massimo instead! I'm really interested in salt (due to reading the book, Salt) and Alena was excellent as describing how the pans work. We got to see salt in different stages of collection. We also saw loads of beautiful pink flamingos, which spend time in the pans. Alena had binoculars so we could get a good look. The biking was really fun, and mostly not on roads with cars (I was a bit nervous about biking on roads due to lack of experience). The best part was when we were walking around the pans and a storm came in and we had to run for shelter. It was beautiful and dramatic. This tour was one of my favorite Sicily experiences. We rented bikes here for 2 adults and 7 year old kid to go to salt museum. Recieved a foam emergency kit to repair flat tire (which we had to use, so it was great idea from the owner). Good price as well 10€ for a bike a day.

Very helpful and friendly. You can get all information about the area. So you can easly plan your journey. It's posible to ren a car, a scooter or a bike to travel around. We rent a car for 3 days without any problem. Was nice and worth it. Highly recomend!
