Corporate needs to pay this store a visit. Since I work close, I stop by at least 1 or 2 times per week since they opened. Believe it or not, there were probably 5 times that I had good service and quality food. They are ALWAYS messing up. This morning, I went into the store and waited a few minutes. 1 person in the store waiting for food and nobody in the drive through. I let a few minutes go by and nobody even said hell. Even though there were 4 employees running around. I ordered an everything bagel, toasted with cream cheese. I receive a plain bagel. I see the nice green doughnuts on the sign , so I ordered a dozen of them. When I got to the office and opened them up. This is what I got.... Pictures are worth a thousand words. If someone from DD does not respond to this post and wow me, I have visited your store for the last time and will let everyone know my experiences in your place.

This location nailed my order. Had it ready via mobile order only a couple minutes after I put it in. Was through the drive thru in about 30 seconds and the coffee was mixed just how I like it.

This location has sold nasty, sick looking glazed doughnuts 2 different times. How they think it's ok to give these to customers is beyond me. They look like they were left out for a couple days and definitely don't taste like Dunkin doughnuts donuts. And their powered donuts in the morning are always crunchy and hard

Usually this Dunkin is one of the best but seriously…. This is just pure laziness

Thank you Rodney who hooked me up with a large ice water after attempting to bike to Madeira beach in the hot humid sunny Florida heat as if trapped in a hot baking oven as a bun!!!! Rodney is awesome, provided outstanding customer service….saw my need(dead from heat) and offered me a large ice water! Give this man a promotion please Dunkin’ Donuts is the best since my days on Dublin Granville Columbus Ohio…to 20st Huntington WV to bay pines Madeira beach. Pricing always great! Love the coconut chillers! Love the donuts and loving the ice water atm Thanks Dunkin’ Donuts, thanks mr rodney good sir! Always a lifelong loyal customer!

Was a regular everyday customer and Asked to add 2 donuts to my order after waiting 10 Mins in line and the evil old lady at the window refused to add 2 donuts to my order when I know it’s been done before. Left the line didn’t take anything and will not be coming back. I remember when workers at Dunkin were nice.

The lady working was very nice and did great with the coffee at adding cream and sugar at the proper amounts, I told her light and sweet and she did great, and she even mixed it well! When I go to the dunkin by my house I always have to stir it because they only half way do it. Donuts were good and fresh.

The customer service here is horrible. The man taking our order was very rude to my daughter when she would ask questions before making her order. He would scoff at each donut selection we made and then throw the donuts in a bag so they toppings were all mixed together when we pulled them out. In the future I will drive a little further to a different store if it means better service.
