Their fried rice is yellow rice. Not fried white rice that is traditional Chinese cuisine, but yellow Saffron rice. Food quality can vary day to day at places which I understand but the fact that they are trying to pass this off is absolutely pathetic.

Wow! Just wow! This place has been my go to since I was a kid. I am now in my 30s. Was always my FAVE!! And is forever now my favorite. I had a large (extra large) order, 11 adults and 2 children to feed tonight. I had a long list of orders to tell the owner by phone and the order was ready in 15 minutes. Not only was it quick, there was not 1 thing missing. Every single order was there. To top it all off, the food was amazing! So yummy. When I lived close by, I would come here at least 1 to 2 times a week. I live 45 minutes away now and we got this to celebrate Mother’s Day. It was so good!!!! Even if it’s out of your way, just go here! You won’t be mad. They are the best!

Loved everything we ordered and will return! I've tried a number of other Chinese take-out places in St. Pete and we usually ended up disappointed, Not this time :) I read a number of reviews before we went, so I ordered things other people seemed to enjoy to ensure best results. We got the hot and sour soup, Hunan Beef, Singapore Mei fun, bourbon chicken, and egg rolls. Everything was so yummy! Super fast and friendly service upon pick up, delicious and flavorful. 😋

I just wanted to say… That this place Mongolian beef is the greatest that I’ve had! I Recently moved here from Chicago and as well as you all know Chicago has great food! Especially Chinese! But this place here beat them all! Great food! I will be coming back again!!!

Located in the same shopping center as the Big Apple Chinese buffet this is a pick up and delivery option only no dine in. They are quick dinners are usually ready to go in 15 minutes they have an extensive menu the family that owns it is wonderfully attentive and friendly. I've never been disappointed in anything that I would have some there and I try something new every time. I could suggest to you my favorite value on the menu is the combination platters for evening dining only you get a large container full to the top and you will not be able to finish it in one sitting unless you have an appetite myself! When you don't feel like getting out and getting dressed up definitely call New China - you can sit back in your own home, enjoy the meal you're way- in your time. Enjoy

The person in the front didn’t even say hello or offer a menu. I found it myself and ordered chicken with vegetables at 1:00pm. The next person came in and was treated the same way. She asked for lunch specials and he pointed. I think at 1:00 he should of asked if I wanted the special? Aside from bad customer service the food was hot and good. I’ll try again.

I was getting my feet done at the place next-door so I decided to try this place. Oh my God it’s the best I ever had in years I drive all the way from the southside just to have their food. The shrimp and broccoli is delicious. The sauce is amazing and the chicken is. Oh my god my grandma made it. And it’s always ready when I get there.

We just moved back to St. Pete from CT. Haven't had good Chinese food since we've been back until last night. This place is amazing! Fast, friendly & delicious. Crab Rangoon was good, sesame chicken was great (paid an extra $1 for white meat chicken)along with the pork fried rice, beef & broccoli was tender & flavorful & sweet donuts were yum! When we walked in they were busy but very friendly & accommodating. We added some things last minute & were still in & out. Will definitely be back!

Unfortunately I didn’t have a pleasant review. One do the employees was extremely rude when I asked for more sauce for my crab rangoon. Refused to give more for this entire bag. Absolutely ridiculous that any individual could patronize a business that doesn’t respect the customers. Will not be back.

My favorite authentic, fast, and clean NYC style Chinese Take-out in St Pete for years! Perfectly light Steamed Dumplings - never doughy. Fantastic Chicken with Garlic Sauce. Plump, tender, tasty Sweet and Sour Chicken. Large shrimp in Shrimp and Lobster Sauce. All good in Happy Family specialty dish. Delicious smoky Fried Rice. Large flavorfull portions & great storage containers keeps leftovers fresh and easy for lunch the next day. Also my number one choice for good Chicken Noodle Soup whenever someone in my house is under the weather.

The food was good. One of the items I’ve gotten was the crab Rangoon. To me personally it lacks in crab and flavor. A little too much cream cheese to crab ratio that it tasted very plain. The other food I got was amazing tho!

Food is delicious and comes out quick. The staff there are polite and efficient. Will definitely recommend!

Awful experience. Ordered general tso chicken combo. Why is it sweet?? Then you tried to put a spicy sauce on top of the sweetness. Confusing. Very bready and why no broccoli with it? Eggroll had barely anything in it. Will never return

This is by far the best Chinese restaurant anywhere. We have tried lots of items and they all were extremely delicious. The portions are very large as well. We tried the Pork Egg Rolls, General Tso’s Chicken, Schezwan Chicken, Wonton Soup, Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp Fried Rice. Everything was absolutely amazing. All the dishes were so flavorful, the General Tso’s breading is the best I’ve had and the dumplings in the Wonton Soup tasted freshly made and were so delicious. We have been back 3 times this week already! We always pick it up and our order is always ready in 10 minutes which is amazing. The staff is so welcoming and really care about their customers. You should really try them you won’t be disappointed.

Tonight their phone wasn’t working but this is my Chinese place so I just drove up there and put my order in. When I got there, I found out that their Wi-Fi wasn’t working so they can only take cash but they allowed me to pay with Zelle. Still have my food ready in 10 minutes with a great attitude. I love this place

Got take out tonight. House fried rice, house lo mein and some eggrolls. Lo mein was very good - never tried it before. House fried rice was very good as always. We really like this location. Have ordered from here for years. Always fast pleasant service. The people couldn't be nicer. Thank you for a good dinner once again.

I drive past 3 Chinese restaurants to get to this New China restaurant on 58th St. and 9th Ave. It’s worth drive for awesome food. Plenty of leftovers for a second meal.

Good, reliable, delicious. They converted to take out only at the start of C19. I eat here regularly and have never been disappointed (other than when they’ve been closed for vacation.)

Best Chinese food I have had in as long as I can remember. They did not douse everything in oil. The fried rice was not smothered in oil like most places around here do it. Totally worth the drive and this is my new go to!

I've been searching for good Chinese food in St Pete for years... no luck until we found this little gem. Food was delicious and not loaded in grease like the 'competition '. Friendly staff, very tasty and reasonably priced.

First time in the building and I'm happy already! Clean, fresh, relaxing space. The woman taking my order greeted me with a lovey smile and warm personality. I haven't even received my meal yet and I can tell this place is special. Friendly and professional service goes a long way. Will find out if the food matches the service!

My favorite Chinese food takeout restaurant in the area. The pork fired rice is always cooked well and the combos are always a great deal.when they say 10 mins it really is 10mins!

Honey chicken. I got a little Hot sauce added to it. Perfect. My egg roll was awesome too. I wouldn't get the shrimp fried rice again.
