I
used
to
take
aerial
yoga
classes
on
a
weekly
basis
while
I
lived
in
Arizona.
I
loved
it
not
only
for
the
classes,
but
the
community
it
brought
me.
After
about
a
year
of
not
going
to
the
studio
and
then
relocating
to
Florida
from
California,
I
missed
it.
So
far,
I've
only
taken
3
classes
total
(Rise
&
Shine
Yoga,
Aerial
Yoga
Flexibility,
and
Aerial
Yoga
Level
1),
but
I
jumped
right
into
it
again
with
the
unlimited
membership.
As
long
as
I
took
at
least
5
classes
for
the
month,
it'd
make
sense
for
me
financially.
So,
I
committed
and
I'm
so
glad
I
did!
Each
class
I've
taken
so
far
has
been
lead
and
taught
by
Kayla,
who
is
a
fantastic
yogi.
She
really
helps
gives
you
alternatives
so
if
you're
more
advanced
in
your
practice
or
just
starting
out,
you're
still
able
to
listen
to
your
own
body
and
go
at
your
own
pace
with
your
own
modification.
You
can
also
tell
that
the
studio
has
created
it's
own
community.
The
very
first
class
I
attended
and
dragged
along
my
boyfriend,
who
was
more
than
excited
to
try
something
he
knew
I
really
love.
When
we
walked
in,
ladies
were
chatting
with
each
other
by
name
(and
super
welcoming
to
us
being
the
newbies).
It
made
me
feel
extremely
comfortable
right
away
and
you
could
sense
that
community
I've
been
searching
for
again
in
a
studio.
So,
I'm
very
excited
to
see
what's
to
come!
If
you've
ever
wondered
whether
or
not
to
try
aerial
yoga,
then
I
highly
suggest
going
to
Atomic
Lotus
Yoga
and
Aerial
Fitness.
