Such an amazing yoga studio! So thrilled I found my yoga home! The class sizes are small (and safe) all the instructors seem highly knowledgeable and professional, Lynn is just a wonderful and an incredibly beautiful teacher. I never thought I would try aerial yoga, but Lynn was so helpful and such a great teacher my aerial experience was so much fun! If you haven’t been to this yoga studio yet, you are missing out on so much. They have so many classes and times to choose from. Just do it! You won’t regret it!

Absolutely the best place to go for your all around practice. The safest place I go since this lovely pandemic hit, the owner goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a safe and healthy practice. Speaking of the owner, Lyn, is by far the best instructor I’ve ever had and I have been in search of my yoga home for years! She actually takes the individual time with each of us to make sure we are getting the most out of our practice. Becoming a member here has changed my life in so many ways for the better. I highly suggest joining us!

I’ve been a member at atomic lotus for about 6 months now and it has been the most positive fitness experience that I have encountered. It’s a true no judgment zone and the instructors know what they’re doing. The other members are incredibly friendly and love to motivate each other. The owner Lyn is truly dedicated to helping you and teaching you. The aerial classes are amazing and I’ve gained an incredible amount of strength since joining. I am truly glad that I found atomic lotus when I did. Definitely drop by for a class or two and I’m sure you will have a great time.

Dropped in while visiting the area. First time to take an aerial hammock class and it was great! Perfect instruction and loved the opportunity to "perform" at the end with the cameras out and lights down. Great sense of community. It is in a warehouse, so a little tricky to find the first time. And no waiting area, so if there's another class going on, the door is locked and you have to wait outside.

I used to take aerial yoga classes on a weekly basis while I lived in Arizona. I loved it not only for the classes, but the community it brought me. After about a year of not going to the studio and then relocating to Florida from California, I missed it. So far, I've only taken 3 classes total (Rise & Shine Yoga, Aerial Yoga Flexibility, and Aerial Yoga Level 1), but I jumped right into it again with the unlimited membership. As long as I took at least 5 classes for the month, it'd make sense for me financially. So, I committed and I'm so glad I did! Each class I've taken so far has been lead and taught by Kayla, who is a fantastic yogi. She really helps gives you alternatives so if you're more advanced in your practice or just starting out, you're still able to listen to your own body and go at your own pace with your own modification. You can also tell that the studio has created it's own community. The very first class I attended and dragged along my boyfriend, who was more than excited to try something he knew I really love. When we walked in, ladies were chatting with each other by name (and super welcoming to us being the newbies). It made me feel extremely comfortable right away and you could sense that community I've been searching for again in a studio. So, I'm very excited to see what's to come! If you've ever wondered whether or not to try aerial yoga, then I highly suggest going to Atomic Lotus Yoga and Aerial Fitness.

Trying something new can be really scary but I am so glad I decided to choose Atomic Lotus for my first time! I have enjoyed a variety of different classes with Lyn, Kayla, and Lynn all of which have been extremely accommodating and helpful in teaching me the proper way to use each apparatus. The classes are so much fun I don't even realize I've been working out for an hour, and I go home ready to come back again! If my schedule allowed me to I would be here twice a day every day 😂 Stretching, strength and conditioning training are part of the aerial classes which helps you prepare to move up levels. The yoga classes are deeply relaxing at the more beginner levels and move up to be more challenging. Lyn has succeeded in creating a beautiful space where I feel welcome and relaxed the moment I step through the door. I would recommend these classes to my friends and family wholeheartedly knowing they are in good hands!

I've taken aerial classes in a few different studios. Atomic Lotus is by far my favorite. Lyn is so sweet, thorough and encouraging. She is very professional and helps everyone feel comfortable, whether you are advanced or a total beginner. The other students are really friendly too and even after just one class, I felt welcomed into a community. I absolutely love this place. If you are thinking of taking a class, do it!

I started attending yoga classes last summer, the instructors are the best! Especially the owner, Lynn. I try to get there at least three times a week. It is the best thing I have ever done for my well-being, mentally and physically. There are several options for joining the studio, and there are no contracts. If you are considering Yoga there is some thing for everyone. Do your body and mind a favor and try a class❤️💃

First time trying aerial yoga and it was amazing! The instructor was great, she made sure we knew what to do and how it should feel so you don’t hurt yourself. I highly recommend this place and I will be going back!

LOVE..LOVE.. LOVE this studio! Lynn and her staff are truly amazing. The studio offers so much more than just Ariel yoga. I’ve been working with Lynn for over a year with personal reiki healing session, with tremendous results. Lynn’s level of talent and professionalism deserves more than 5 stars! In addition to all the amazing classes this studio offers, the floating sound bowl mediations are a must. She truly cares for her clients and their goals. She’s stayed late to talk and explain our session and my progress. She comes in on her days off to accommodate my schedule, she goes above and beyond for her clients. The studio is clean, warm and welcoming. I’ve been to a ton of Yoga studios in the past that don’t come close to what Lynn offers at Atomic. 🙏🙌🏻🧘🏼‍♀️

😠 If I could give this gym a triple zero rating I would. I cancelled my membership and have an email to prove it and the so called “manager” sent me to collections (which I have disputed and it was removed from my credit). I also cancelled my husbands on the same day and he too was sent to collections...

👍 It was very nice but I just have some concerns as a fellow Indian Hindu whose culture is being westernized as it is spread, I just wish people did more research. Again the place is amazing however with just slight research on one of the Hindu deities lord Ganesha, one would not make the mistake of p...
