Small hotel with clean rooms and modest breakfast. Service and room amenities is more like a 2-3 star hotel instead of the four star posted. When we stayed there, the AC does not work, fortunately the room cools down at night with balcony partial opens. The staff were friendly but did not do much to resolve the AC problem.

First time in Trebinje and I was amazed. Realy enjoyed my family stay in this hotel. Nice and peacefull location. Staff very kind and helpfull. Cleanliness on top level. Highly recomended.

No internet connection. Wifi doesnt work in some rooms. There is no water or kettle.

In 2018, we stayed here for 1 night. As I remember, everything is extremely good. I recommend to everyone.

It could be a good 4 star hotel but too many details are either missing or not fixed. 1. We needed a king size bed, the receptionist confirmed this but we've got a room with 2 single beds, so the night sleep wasn't comfortable. 2. There is no place in the bathroom to put / hang a towel. 3. Flashing lights are not fixed. 4. When you look out of the window you see trash on the roof of the restaurant 5. There are several places (we've seen at least 5) where something was broken in / out of the room and not fixed properly or not fixed at all. Didn't expect to see it even if the price was 2-3 times lower... 6. It seems that they smoke in the kitchen so the impression from breakfast was not good. Excellent rooms and great service. But if you're a 4-star hotel, you have to provide complimentary water in rooms. I had to use water from mini-bar and pay for it.

Not the first time in Nar, and definitely not the last. Spacious, modern and very clean rooms, good breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff both at reception and at the restaurant/bar. Easy access and private parking if you travel on your own vehicle, but you need 10-15 minutes on foot to get to the center / old town. Overall a great option for staying in the area.

Completely new and excellent equipped resort. Perfect place to have accommodation. Rooms are comfortable. All rooms have high end IPTV solution. Staff is gently and professional.

Hotel was great and very clean, staff very friendly! However, food was terrible, and not only that, but they kept heating the leftovers and reserving it to our group for three days. Besides that, we always had to ask for food labels as many in our group didn't eat pork! In an attempt to address this issue, the owner was rathet hostile and tried to convince the group of 20 people that the food was always fresh! I definitely wouldn't recommend it for more than a night over when in transit.

Amazing hotel. So cozy, clean and modern. Room with lot of space. And the stuff is just amazing. Very friendly. The food is so tasty, I loved the breakfeast at most! And btw. whoever is doing the playslist for the breakfeast, i love you - veru good taste of music indeed

I spent a month in Trebinje because of my job. My office selected this hotel to me. The girls in the reception was the most professional employees that I have ever met! The guys behind the bar also was the most talented in his professional! The kitchen of the hotel is one of the best in the city! I can proof it for sure! And of course the staff who cleaned my room have got a praise! This is a four star hotel, but I got it five! 😁
