A delay of over a year, nothing is being done on the construction site, the director of the co-investors is in prison, the co-investors have quarreled and have been in court for a couple of months. Both investors refuse any story with the tenants, no explanation for the delay, no work and no plan for completion. They don't even pay penalties for lateness, even though they should. I highly recommend bypassing this new building as its fate is uncertain.

Criminal construction with a purchased permit and urbicide. The damage to urban planning will only be manifested for years. Everyone who praises this monstrosity, let me ask you why they don't build like this in Germany when it's so good?

Definitely a place from which you can see Sarajevo as if in the palm of your hand.. a new building with 36 floors to which you can take fast elevators with a view of the city.. and there is a lookout point on the building itself..

They are not worth mentioning, poor and miserable, unfortunately in this country everything is allowed to them and they act like that.... Sarajevo tower is a FAIL!
